anyone who can build something to disable RMM?

Please help.
It is impossible to disable RMM on these devices. The best you can do is flash stock firmware, this will "deactivate" RMM so status is always "checking", and make sure nothing changes it to "Prenormal"
Also, there is no RMM state in this phone, it is called "KG Status: Checking" in the bootloaders download mode.

OEM Unlocking activated in the menu, but in Download Mode OEM Lock still says ON

I was able to activate the "OEM Unlocking" option in the Developer Tools menu and it remains turned on after multiple reboots.
However when I boot into Download Mode, I get:
KG Status: Checking
OEM Lock: ON
What does "Checking" mean in this case? How do I get KG Status to "Normal" and OEM Lock "OFF"?
(I tried flashing a custom ROM anyway but it gets stuck while downloading "system.img" and will not make any further progress.)

You need to connect to Wi-fi not only insert sim card.Maybe you disabled something that was responsible or something.
install adb from here
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588979
search forums for instructions how to unlock via ADB (for example https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/oem-unlock-t3696038)

i had same problem and found solution to unlock bootloader in downlaod mode. boot into downlaod mode as you normally do. look at bottom of screen you will see long press volume up to unlock bootloader, then you should get message saying bootloader unlocked
I have a galaxy a40 where I have to install the TWRP (Team Win Recovery Project). For this process I'm using Odin, but there is a problem, my phone tells me OEM Lock: ON and I would like to figure out how to make it OEM Lock: OFF.

yes, i tried & didn't work.
i doubt that the recent Samsung update has something to do with it. maybe Samsung has forcefully locked bootloader so that no one else can flash custom os.
I Found the solution. KG STATE was Prenormal in bootloader.
Solution is simple,
- turn on wifi/internet
- enable developer option
- open developer option Settings>Developer Options
- check if "OEM Unlocking" is disabled or not. if disabled then it's OK & ready to flash
