I have a MT6572 based phone running stock Android 4.2.2 Now recently I got a CWM backup of another phone based on same CPU and other specs running Android KitKat 4.4.2. Now I have CWM backup of my JellyBean 4.2.2 and CWM backup of KitKat 4.4.2. Now I wanna port that KitKat to my device. And to import that rom in kitchen it requires an updater script. So what exactly is this script? how to write one? And second question is after writing that updater script how do I port that KitKat to my device? Both phones have same specs and CPU.

I don't know in case you are asking different question than what i understood. Are you saying that you want Kitkat on you device too!!.
well, just for sharing/Information. In case yes, then first make backup of ROM.
i'm not sure about different devices with same CPU etc.... but in case both phones are of same Company and Model then it's easy to have it done with "SP Flash Tools". But again, Same Phone and model. there are tutorials, on how to backup/restore ROM/Firmwares with "SP Flash Tools".
