It is 30fps indeed but the videos on the Desire S at 720p look a little jerky with some skipped frames and they don't look smooth as they should thus making people think they are not actual 30fps. Save for the good image quality and stereo sound recording.
No, the video is not 30fps but around 23fps and it is because of camera module - not because of software restrictions. But at least the quality is good

Prosím o radu , Jak je to s reproduktory: Mám google pixel 4a, přehrává audio písničky z webu nebo s youtube nebo mp3 stereo přes 2 reproduktory vrchní a spodní reproduktor a to velmi hlasitě. Ovšem všechny vyzváněcí tony, v četně originálních co jsou v telefonu, přehrává jenom jedním reproduktorem ,a to s podním. Má to tak být? Je to tak správně ,nebo je telefon na reklamaci. Moc děkuji za radu.
