I see that some users have found kernels and what not but i'm not extraordinary at this stuff. Could someone that has honestly, fully rooted a Gear S3 frontier with android please post a video showing how to do it. I don't understand all the terminology and when to do which steps. I'm just a guy who wants his expensive watch to run google play music and have access to the android market. Please help!

You have to differ few things...
Leaked Service Firmware packages called Combination Firmware are rooted... because Samsung Service Firmware.
Example for rooted SERVICE Firmware... BQC2 for SM-R760:

But it was NOT possible yet... to root "normal" Firmware like BQC5:

Tizen is not leaving anytime soon. If and when the Gear S3 gets Tizen 4 is anybody's guess. The GearS4 or Galaxy Watch as it is going to be named, will not run on Wear Is Samsung cleared squashed that rumor a couple of months ago,do not believe everything that Evan Blass posts.
But "Evolution" of Tizen is only in 1 direction...

I'm pretty sure Samsung would have to fire all of their ****ty Gear Tizen engineers, overhaul Tizen wear, and also fire all of their support and hire people who aren't complete idiots, and Samsung start caring about their devices outside of the selling part before I will EVER buy another Samsung watch or phone. This S3 has been the WORST experience I've ever had with any electronics ever lol... And at $350... Their support can kick rocks too. Holy. Sheet. Hi all. Thanks for your valuable time and helping out newbies like me. I was having few problems with my gear s3 frontier in tizen 4 n after latest version it was getting pretty hot while charging, lagging a lot & battery was draining rapidly. So I decided to downgrade it & I successfully did it in 1 go using this firmware mentioned below in link n odin with help of tutorials mentioned in this forum & also by @adfree.

My watch is working fantastic now with great battery life & no heating at all during charging.

I cant answer for your location (turkey). but I am in USA and just got my hands on a friends used Gear 3 Tizen with version 4.0.0.7, and fully reset to factory settings, it has samsung Pay by default. so must be region dependent on if you get pay by default. I did quick search on google and found some guides that claim Samsung Pay enable in "any" location, so might be a more general guide you can follow???

I'm very unhappy with my GW4 since it has huge issues with notifications.
Samsung only instructed me to update everything to the latest versions, clear the Bluetooth cache, factory reset the watch, the phone, etc. It didn't help at all.
I feel the vibration of the notification but before I can even turn my wrist to see the screen, the text disappears and the screen turns black. I bought an app to keep the screen awake for a few seconds more but it drains both my watch and phone batteries like hell.
Because of this,I switched back to my old Galaxy watch, running Tizen. The battery lasts 2 extra days on GW Tizen and it doesn't miss any notifications.
I'm afraid to buy the new GW5. If it works the same I'd rather switch to Apple.
Anyway...
My question is if there's a way to install Tizen on Galaxy Watch 4.
I searched the forums but I didn't find anything on this.
