@ClarenceK , is it possible for you to make a VANILLA version?
Somehow I couldn't get this ROM to working. Either installed but TWRP says no OS installed or OS run but my IMEI is gone.
Edit:
Finally its installed. So no OS installed doesn't mean its failed.
Thanks alot for this ROM!
Can someonte tell me if it passes safetynet, so the banking apps work?
Also if the google photos storage is unlimited?

Yes, it passes the safetynet correctly and also has the unlimited storage on google photos.
It's really good ROM, very smooth and the developer added a few extra animations. I really love it
Our device is becoming too old for this new ROMs yet try hard to rock on. Same is for this ROM that like every one tested it good for some days, than the age and the overall slowness of this device show up and we can do nothing about it. I will test Android 13 when it will come out for us, but I think it will be the last on this device before I'll switch to something new.
Anyway, back to the ROM, after a month of use it's pretty solid. No useless things, just pure ROM that works.
Complains? Two.
1) Flickering happens occasionally on Telegram and some other apps. Changing background or other solutions posted doesn't affect it. It happens just sometimes so no major complains, but still.
2) Constantly repeating UI message when my camera is locked but I WANT to be locked. Don't need to ask me every (literally!) 5 seconds if I want to unlock the camera. I want it toggled off and just ONE friendly reminder would be enough.
This version is very good, when does the update come out?
the Android system is already informing that it has an update, but it is not possible to update because it is the ProjectStreak version.
It ist a good rom, but needs more battry than lineageOS.
An update is available but i get an error when i want to update.
I have been using this ROM for the last 4 weeks and here is my conclusion.
- After a clean installation, the ROM works great than other competitive ROMS. Smooth UI, Not visible Lagging, Apps works fine including the bank apps.
but using 2-3 weeks, the ROM gets slow. I even couldn't open the Camera ( GCam) / Dial Pad because the screen froze for 5-10 seconds. I tried cleaning junk files and limiting background running apps but nothing changed.
So till we get an update from the developer, I moved to another A11 ROM because I need a stable phone while I work. Hope the developer will release an update with bugs fixed and can not wait to try that.
Highly appreciate the developer's work and thanks to them our old devices are still breathing....cheers!
Hi ,
Can someone help me?
I don't know what went wrong but I think I missed out something.
I flashed the ROM and booted it successfully, but now I am trying to boot it into TWRP and I think it's getting booted into ROM's recovery.
Shall I know, what are the ways that I can boot my phone into TWRP? Do I have to flash it using adb/cmd?

Have you flashed the TWRP or temporary booted TWRP to install the ROM...If you haven't flashed the recovery image, then you don't have the TWRP recovery on your phone..You can always temporary boot to TWRP using the boot image...or you can permanently flash TWRP recovery.

Da*n what a loaded question lol, this dev has 2 other ROMs for our phone that he takes seriously and updates regularly. Much appreciated too.
What just happened?
Are you going to try for official for this? Liked your other ROMs, and would like to see this become an official offering.

Filed for it this morning.
Updated build to be less "lonely" for our device.
The battery section in the settings app keeps showing battery is low even when it's clearly not, any reason or fix for this? Other than that, seems quite stable, I like the launcher pick as well.
Oh and also, is there a way to get the AOD to show up on double tap? The fingerprint scanner doesn't seem to work on AOD either btw.
Thanks for your hard work developing the ROM, we all appreciate it!
Edit: Dolby Atmos shows that the phone is in speaker mode even when it's not and doesn't let me use the EQ at all.

Sounds like you flashed it over another ROM, or your firmware is mismatched. I do have the OOS 11.0.9.9 fastboot recovery on that Sourceforge page to use as a base.

I flashed it over OxygenOS 11.10.10EU rooted with Magisk using the recovery.img provided in the sourceforge. Is the ROM not compatible with latest OOS base?
Hello thank you for the rom. Flashed without problem. Everything works I regret some customization which lacks style volume steps and volume slider on the left.

Try it with the one before. That is very interesting.
Added a bunch of Open-Source applications to make our build special, even made a wallpaper.

Thank you for another build, what was added exactly? Also, should I wipe userdata before or after flashing the ROM?
Will you please maintain customization rich roms like Ancient Os, Xtended? Thanks.

Weird, I never experienced that. Video playback and gaming experience has been pretty fine so far. I'd suggest using MSMTool to revert back to stock OOS 11.0.9.9 then flashing the ROM again. If anything maybe try using forced 90hz to see if it fixes the issue?
Would someone who flashed this, show me the steps and from what OS base they started. Thanks appreciate it.

Well first you have to make sure your bootloader is unlocked. Then follow these steps:
Upgrade/downgrade to OOS 11.0.9.9 and again, make sure your bootloader is not locked (I used 11.0.10.10 as base and it also works but maybe not recommended)
Put your phone in fastboot/bootloader mode and connect to PC via the original charger cable
Boot into the provided recovery typing "fastboot boot recovery.img" on your PC's command line
On your phone tap "Apply Update" and "Apply from ADB" while in the recovery you just booted into
Then on your PC type "adb sideload rom.zip", replacing "rom" with the filename of the ROM build that you just downloaded
Give it some time then once it's done and assuming no errors popped up, go to the main screen of the recovery and choose the factory reset option
Reboot to system

Thanks alot.
What is not working?
I can't wait for a lineage os 19 I saw the source code for it and I know there is a pixel experience with Android 12 available
Hmmm... nairo-twrp-3.6.0_11.0_RC-1.0.img linked above boots, but no touchscreen (from V- + Power or CLI fastboot reboot bootloader). I have a twrp-3.5.0-1-nairo.img from a previous Arrow OS load that does... is that safe to use to load the Lineage OS?
Note to self: no, no you can't. Corrupt OS message from recovery after trying to reboot. Also storage appears encrypted still from "install Magisk" step, guess that should have been a warning. Sigh.
Flash back to stock again, sigh. At least that seems to recover everything.
we do really need a hero who can create a nairo twrp, this version boots with android 12 on nairo but touch doesnt work :c

Step 4 will prevent you from bricking as it's common slot_b tends to be empty or not correctly setup on Motorola phones.
Esentially it copies the bootloader partitions from a -> b

Hey wesley,
i'm currently trying to flash my motorola.
the touchscreen will not respond. i have waited for a coulple of minutes, but no avail.
are there any tricks to make it work?
best regards
EDIT :
My first try was TWRP-3.6.0_11.0_RC-1.0.img. This did not work
I've Downloaded "twrp 3.5.0", and i had to wait one or two minutes for the touchscreen to start work
TWRP 3.6.0 did not work for me.
EDIT2:
i was not able to flash the newest zip (03.24) on my "vanilla" phone but the first one worked well.
The 27.1.2022
Also Install the Pico gapps. i could not flash the nano package
best regards

As a workaround I used a keyboard / trackpad combo via a 2.4 GHz dongle (china mini keyboard) and was able to use above linked TWRP 3.6.0_11.0_RC-1.0

touch works for me after phew seconds on 3.6.0
The flash was succsessful to a lineage version. so the twrp is no longer a problem
I think my problem with (03.24) was a misunderstanding with slot A and slot B.
i can't change them within the lineageos bootloader.
i was able to get 3.24 running after a couple of tries (and factory resets)
one of the tries showed no mobile data available.
i was able to fix it with "factory resets" and reflashing until it worked again.
But then the gps was not working. a couple of satellites in view, but no in use.
until i found a note in my old google keep from 2016:
" fastboot erase modemst1 "
" fastboot erase modemst2 "
facepalm. so one of the factory resets was unnecessary.
so a small hint for all people :
1) wireless mouse is a good hint, for twrp 3.6.0
2) fastboot to erase the gps data, then it will work again.
3) pico gapps
can someone check if there is a wireless display option in cast setting on this custom rom ?
or can this custom rom mirror screen to a tv or mirror screen to a laptop (or a pc with a wifi dongle ) via project settings in windows 10 ?

@Tio_Burla keep up the good work. Appreciate your efforts.
Can I ask which version of Gcam works stably on this ROM?
Thank you for v8.4.
I was upgraded from v7.15 to apply recent security patch and it works fine.
I'm a little confused because its look and feel is different from V7.15.
I can't set vibration strength because zenparts is not supplied.

When I want to use my smartphone today, it was boot looping.
(1) So, first, I tried flashing Nikgapps again without wipe, but it couldn't get out of the boot loop.
(2) Next, I tried flashing both crDroid and Nikgapps without wipe, but it couldn't get out of the boot loop.
(3) Finally, I wiped all the memories and re-burned crDroid v8.4 and Nikgapps.
I don't know why my phone rebooted automatically. I was using no troubles v8.4 for about half an month.

Hi, my device rebooted last night unexpectedly and eventually, but not boot-looped.
And this device isn't my main device and I'm using it without a sim so that it won't bother me at all
Hi, Gabriel "TioBurla".
Downloaded and flashed files as per OP, succeeded.
Then, saw an update available on the Settings, stated that the release was newer than this one (April 15).
Right after installing the April 17 release, the device bootloop to the TWRP Custom Recovery.
Tried both, systematically updating and clean flashing, both were ended up in the same way.
Reverted to the April 15 release, and every thing was just find, except of course, the notification on the splash screen after booting, said "There is an internal problem with your device,...".
Look forward to see the upcoming updates.
Thanks.
Note:
Combining this ROM with Riru LSposed Framework plus working ViPER4Android + Dolby Plus, was just beyond expectations!
Last night I install this ROM, after first boot I flash magisk on orage fox recovery after that I rebooted into system I notice that the ROM after installing greenify and I'll open the app into greenfy setting the ROM get stock and not functioning after a second it goes reboot! 3× to attemp the greenify setting endid with reboot, I hope next update you can fix it, by the way thanks to all developers for making this amazing ROM.
@Tio_Burla Any chance of the new build of crdroid 8.8?

0. Save data
1. Install TWRP
2. Format user data (all data will be lost)
3. Install ROM zip
4. Enjoy it
If you don't understand this, then don't start, I take no responsibility!
Well...I tried this ROM today.
Flashed everything because this is a new version. Everything works fine...no lags, freezing so far...
However, found only one thing..
1) speakers sounds needs to be done. When ringing in high volume, the sounds cracks..its like water in my speaker.
Note : I moved from the Pixel Experience A12 ROM, but flashed everything using the TWRP flash option. Used the latest official TWRP image file for fastboot.

Aim for the moon [Arrow 12.1], you may hit a star [Arrow 13]. I've been waiting for 12.1 to arrive but here we are! Keep up the good work Immanuel ❤

ROM side issue..will be fixed soon
Hi can i install this on top of my arrow os 11 official?
Will there be data loss or will it just be like an OTA update?
ROM works very well for me. Waiting for the clean AOSP and OTA updates to turn it into a daily driver.
OK..you guys will not believe what happened ...I was using this ROM since the First day..
my phone suddenly restarted and boot into the safe mode. Then I tried to restart but automatically going to fastboot mode.
I tried to install the ROM again , and another ROM but nothing happened...Tried the original A2 firmware via MiFlash Tool but giving the error "Flash Bluetooth _a Error""
Nothing works and don''t know what to do..?
P.S - When pressing PWR + VOL UP will booting into ROM booting logo but...Thats all...
-----------
: :Solved
If the MiTool not flashing the phone and giving Errors like above
1) Boot in to TWRP
2) Clear Cash / Delvik everything
3) Flash Official Mi Stock ROM Zip version
4) After flashing boot in to other partition,
5) Restart and an Error will display OS corrupted. Factory reset or exit
6) Select Factory Reset and everything will be cleaned and phone will boot to the OS.
Great

ABOUT
ArrowOS is an Android Open Source Project-based Android mobile operating system started with the aim of keeping things simple, clean, neat, and organized, both for the Android system and users. We added features that will be helpful in the long run, while aiming to deliver smooth performance and longer battery life. We understand the pain of unnecessary and sometimes rarely used mods/features being shipped with custom ROMs nowadays which may end up causing battery drains and/or memory leaks & crashes. This is being strictly avoided on our side keeping everything to a bare minimum, delivering stable performance all the time without destroying the AOSP interface. With users getting more used to tweaks and features, we added just the right features and customisations that will be actually USEFUL at the end of the day.

i have been looking for other roms, but got used to LOS and since i settled down on it i hardly see reason to use arrowos. is there any particular thing that makes arrow stand out? how does this differs to LOS? thanks.

Great work. This is the first time I'm using Arrow OS as my daily drive and have to say that this is the ROM I'm gonna settle with. After going through 13 different ROMs for my Dubai (most of them unofficial obviously), I'm glad I've finally found the one.

Lineage official does not pass CTS by default. Though there is a workaround for that but don't want to go through the hassle either.

It has aosp's aod, similar to google pixels.
I have noticed that while pulling the quick settings, it takes a second or so and sometimes it even freezes, also is there a support group for edge 30?
Hello, super mario run not working, After a couple of seconds when you open it, it closes itself.
