An update to the Alberto96's last build of Lineage OS 14.1, containing the last security patches (from June of 2021) for the 14.1 release. This build has no fixed bugs, no new features or improvements. I just built with the trees they provided in their post, I'll link those trees down below. Considering the Exynos version of the S4 doesn't have ROMs above Oreo, I decided to build with the latest security patches available for LineageOS 14.1. For anyone still using an Exynos S4, this build has all the security patches issued till June of 2021, so it should in theory be more secure than Alberto's 2018 builds.

What Works?
Everything.
If Camera doesn't work in third party apps like OpenCamera, copy the camera.goldfish.so and camera.goldfish.jpeg.so from /system/lib/hw/ files in stock ROM to in LineageOS' same directory.
Bugs:
Random Freezing, have to force reboot. Doesn't happen too often, and less frequent than Alberto's builds.

How to flash?
1. Get TWRP version 3.1.0 from twrp.me for the i9500 and flash it to recovery partition.
2. Backup your phone.
3. IMPORTANT: Change the settings to use 'rm -rf' instead of actually formatting in TWRP settings.
4. Wipe: 1. cache, 2. dalvik cache and 3. system. then do a 4. factory reset. DO NOT (NEVER! NEVER! NEVER!) FORMAT DATA YOURSELF, JUST FACTORY RESET.
5. Install the zip from SD Card.
6. [Optional] Install the gapps.
7. [Optional] Install Magisk.
8. Wait for a while. The phone WILL take a couple minutes to boot.

O que funciona?
Tudo.
Se o Camera não funcionar em aplicativos de terceiros como o OpenCamera, copie o camera.goldfish.so e camera.goldfish.jpeg.so de /system/lib/hw/ arquivos em rom de estoque para o mesmo diretório da LineageOS.
Bugs:
Congelamento Aleatório, tem que forçar a reinicialização. Não acontece com muita frequência, e menos frequente do que as construções de Alberto.

1. Obtenha a versão 3.1.0 do TWRP a partir de twrp.me para o i9500 e mostre-a para partição de recuperação.
2. Faça backup do telefone.
3. IMPORTANTE: Altere as configurações para usar 'rm -rf' em vez de realmente formatar nas configurações TWRP.
4. Limpe: 1. cache, 2. cache dalvik e 3. sistema. em seguida, fazer um 4. reset de fábrica. NÃO (NUNCA! NUNCA! NUNCA!) FORMATA DADOS VOCÊ MESMO, APENAS REDEFINIÇÃO DE FÁBRICA.

Thank you Rkschunk for this Rom! I've been using it as my daily driver and it's really stable.
There are just a couple of things that are bugging me that I hope you'll work out or give us an insight on why they're there:
- The touch screen becomes so unresponsive at times. Scrolling and glide/swipe typing become unusable.
- Video recording in any camera app is too dim.

Pessoal, obrigado pela ROM. Instalei ontem, está rodando perfeito. Vou fazer mais testes e dou um feedback.
Dando um reporte. Quando eu fui instalar as primeiras vezes, eu tentei colocar o Gapps Micro e quando fui logar em minha conta Google no começo para recuperar o backup ele não me dava opção de teclado, apenas opção de fala. Escrever senha por fala é impossível. Depois coloquei a versão stock e funcionou perfeito. Não testei na versão Gapps Pico (recomendada).
Eu queria instalar o minimo de aplicativos.
Na verdade seria ótimo ter uma ROM com o minimo de "funções" possíveis, e que solicitasse menos da memoria RAM. Que é o maior problema desse smartphone. Tem APP que não roda direito.
Enfim. Das ROM que eu testei, essa está bem leve e bem funcional. Parabéns por todo o trabalho.
Guys, thanks for the ROM. I installed it yesterday, it's running perfect. I'll do more testing and give you feedback.
Giving a report. When I went to install the first few times, I tried to put Micro Gapps and when I logged into my Google account in the beginning to recover the backup it did not give me a keyboard option, just a speech option. Writing a password by speech is impossible. Then I put the stock version and it worked perfect. I have not tested the Gapps Peak version (recommended).
I wanted to install the least applications.
In fact it would be great to have a ROM with the least possible "functions", and to request less RAM. Which is the biggest problem of this smartphone. Has APP that does not run right.
Anyway. Of the ROMs that I tested, this one is very light and well functional. Congratulations on all the work.

Hi. Sorry for the lack of the English version of my last post. I Forgot it.
In relation to GPS. It's normal for me. Working. I play pokemon go. So, one problem (I think) that has in the hardware of the Moto G2014 LTE, is that the GPS stops. This happened in the original ROM. I tested with LineageOS. In the game, after a while of use, I think it overcharges and locks the gps. I've been a motorola tester in android version 6.0. And they've never been able to solve it. However, i testing with Google Maps, for about 15 minutes, worked normal. No failures. The Wi-fi, I thought it was better than the LineageOS and Resurrection rom, because I feel like my files are copying better at the time of backup and download. Mostly in Gdrive and in MEGA apk. The 4G running normally. Yesterday I had only something unexplainable. I was at home playing, when the cell phone turns off on its own. I felt the battery was very hot. Regarding the battery. Well in my case, I need to change. I feel it lasts less, but I know it has nothing to do with ROM. But I see that it lasts longer than the original ROM and the others I've tested. The sound is normal. Camera and video are normal as well. Going back to Pokemon Go, I felt a presentable improvement. I have seen that the RAM consumption is less, with pro game remaining. I was able to get into a gym and play for 30 minutes. This was impossible in the original ROM. I was impressed by that. Well, for now, this is my report. I'll be back with some more information. Em relação ao GPS. Para mim está normal. Funcionando. Eu jogo pokemon go.
Um problema que tem o hardware do Moto G2014 LTE é que o GPS trava. Isso aconteceia com a ROM original, testei com o LineageOS. No jogo, depois de um tempo de uso, acho que sobrecarreca e trava o gps. Já fui tester da motorola na versão 6.0 do android. E nunca eles conseguiram resolver. Porém, testei com o Google Maps, durante uns 15 minutos funcionou normal. Sem falhas. O Wi-fi achei que está melhor do que a versão LineageOS e Resurrection, pois sinto que meus arquivos estão copiando melhor na hora do backup e do download. Principalmente no Gdrive e no apk MEGA. O 4G funcionando normalmente. Ontem eu tive apenas algo enexplicavel. Estava em casa jogando, quando o celular desligou por conta própria. Senti que a bateria estava bem quente. Em relação a bateria. Bem no meu caso, estou precisando trocar. Sinto que ela dura menos, mas sei que não tem nada haver com a ROM. Mas vejo que ela dura mais, do que a ROM original e as outras que testei. O som está normal. A câmera e o vídeo estão normal também. Voltando ao Pokemon Go, eu senti uma melhoria apresentável. Vi que o consumo de RAM está menor, sobrando pro jogo. Consegui entrar num ginásio e jogar por uns 30 minutos. Isso era impossível na ROM original. Eu fiquei impressionado com isso. Bem por enquanto esse é o meu report. Volto com mais alguma informação. Have you tried using the GPS Status & Toolbox that you have on Google Play? Try to give a clean one and download the A-GPS again.

Nice ROM, everything running smooth (August 12th release).
Developer Options and root access not enabled by default; there is CM's Privacy Guard present, but I don't know if it does anything - I flashed SuperSu before first run just to be sure and all is well.
Battery durability: 7:13 hours SOT, 28 hours since last charge.

Thanks, I don't know why but it kept sayng "no mirrors found".
I'm in need of some help. During the first google services setup, after wi-fi configuration, adding a gmail account, there's a screen with "let google work for you" message and a forward button. But the button doesn't work. I can hear the sound of it being pressed but no action is taking place. It's a screen right after the configuring a google cloud backup and such, which I turn all off.

Please ensure you are flashing well, after it format data. If you don't do it somethings will crash.

Hey.
I liked the use of this ROM only downside for me where, the speakers where rather quiet when using this ROM and also I'd love a NAV Bar on this, I couldn't find a way to enable one so thinking there wasn't one.
However, the rest of it was fine.
Everything fantastic on this ROM but the only thing that prevents me from using this as daily driver is lack of Jio Volte calling support. Lineage don't have it either. Requests on Lineage, Havoc, Telegram support were ignored. No problems. Happy with stock.

I want, but for some reason the new builds are having problems to boot (a bootlop), maybe cause PE change their sources to CAF instead AOSP. But inmediately I can build a full working PE for evert I release. But you always can check at my channel on telegram for AospExtended, Mokee, XenonHD, Havoc, Liquid and the roms from other devs like Bootleggers, AOSiP, kjOSP, POSP, PixysOS, crDroid and another Roma make specially for our phone

I really want to get you a new build with all the work make with love (and so much coffe) on havoc-os like audio fixes, and the navbar enabled... But the project need a kernel and trees on CAF and I don't know (for now) how to make them... But when a new build are working I'll share with all of you

Installation Instructions:
1. Download the ROM, Gapps, and Magisk from the links below.
2. Wipe everything except internal storage.
3. Reboot recovery you will have no OS installed but that's ok i promise your device will boot back into recovery.
4. Flash the ROM and GApps.
5. Flash Latest Magisk to get root access.
6. Reboot and enjoy!
Known issues:
- You will be required to repartition your device to at least 1.3gb. If you have anything higher or exact than 1.3gb than your fine.
- Navigation bar glitches sometimes.
- Deep Sleep does not work when NFC is enabled so i recommend you disable it when your not using it to get your tablet to go in deep sleep.
- Use Latest Official TWRP recovery below for Flo which is version 3.3.1.0 and you won't have the install supersu thing when you reboot recovery.

The second one is for those who want a bigger display density and its set at 480 DPI which is more like a phone display rather than the tablet display. Choose the one that suits your preference.

Problemas conocidos:

- El sueño profundo no funciona cuando NFC está habilitado, por lo que le recomiendo que lo desactive cuando no lo esté usando para que su tableta entre en sueño profundo.
- Use la última recuperación oficial de TWRP a continuación para Flo, que es la versión 3.3.1.0 y no tendrá la instalación de supersu cuando reinicie la recuperación.

você precisa instalar gapps pelo twrp e não só os aplicativos da play store, recomendo você flashear ou bitgapps ou opengapps, tem nikgapps tambem, isso pelo twrp ai sim eles vão funcionar e eu recomendo tambem instalar king tweaks reborn pelo magisk, vai ajudar com o desempenho

Valeu mesmo, mano, outra dúvida rapidinha, eu estava com root em cima da stock room, e mesmo colocando o hideroot no Xposed os aplicativos estavam detectando o root e me impedindo de usá-los, essa ROM sua tem esse problema, ou passa direto em apps que barram aparelhos rooteados?

cara primeira coisa, eu nao recomendo usar xposed é meio inutil comparado a algumad coisas, e se seu root foi feito com magisk voce pode tentar usar o magisk hide e selecionsr os apps que estão barrando, se não resolver eu não sei de outra ideia que possa te ajudar mano

Proba usar el recovery que se usa para lineage OS, el ultimo que salio.

Es normal que se gaste la batería rapidamente? Y sin usarlo? Lo he cargado a 100 y lo he dejado 12 horas sin tocarlo y me ha bajado al 35%. No me parece normal, pero no sé si hay solución. A alguien le pasa parecido?

Creo que se gasta un poco mas rapido de lo normal, pero el SO esta barbaro.. el mejor que probe por el momento y lo estoy usando en el dia a dia.
Seguro en futuras actualizaciones van mejorando el rendimiento de la bateria.
Buenos días. He intentado instalar la actualización al 4.5 desde el twrp y al reiniciar se me queda en el twrp. ¿ Me falta hacer algo antes de reiniciar?

Debe actualizar los datos una vez antes de instalar la ROM.

Aparentemente, hay un problema de sueño profundo para algunas personas. El fabricante de la ROM dijo que se arreglará en las próximas actualizaciones. Conviértete en miembro del canal de Telegram de esta manera para obtener una respuesta antes

Muchas gracias. Sigo probando la batería, pero sigue descargándose rápidamente. Encendido o apagado, se descarga igual. A ver si se soluciona pronto.
