Is it safe to use Advanced Charging Controller on the Poco X4 Pro since messing with it on the Poco X3 Pro used to hard brick the phone due to a faulty pmic or so I had heard

Hi guys, i'd like to charge my surface pro (first generation) with the external battery http://www.amazon.it/Cellular-Line-Power-BANK-Ultra/dp/B00QGUAAEY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1430212815&sr=8-1&keywords=cellularline+6600.
The problem is that the battery only have usb ports and seems to not exist any cable usb-surface pro power. Do you guys ave any solution? thanks!!!!!

does poco x3 pro support MHL or SlimPort
I ask this because i have here like 20 different USB C cables from all qualitys and they all behave weird with the Poco X3 on my Windows PC but the Original Cable works flawless
Like it disconnects and reconnects asap like 40 times with the other USB c cables or the Xiaomi unlocker cant read data like it time outs.
but with the official cable it works.

I unlocked bootloader with the cable from my poco f1, but is advised to use the cable you got with phone because its usbc 3.1
The supported watt is different
You need cable that can support 5a for xiaomi
I want to buy a used lapdock HP Elite X3 for some cheap price 70-100€. But I can't find nothing about Huawei Emui Desktop compatibility with that lapdock. I read that Android 10 phones with Dex have problems in connectivity, sound and mouse pad. If somebody tried this lapdock with Huawei phones please write a experience does it work?
P40 pro huawei works on it. Like a charm. Howeverrrrrr no sound throughput so get a bluetooth speaker.
Also i cant charge it judt by pluggin in charger. (either the device must be turned on when chargin. Or you can do it by holding 2 buttons to show battery and then plug in.
Other then that it fully works with desktopmode and also screen duplication mode
Every Realme smartphone seems to have DC dimming, but at the launch event of the Realme GT Neo 3, DC dimming support was advertised as a display feature. It also has a dedicated display chip (pixelworks x5) that can be used for dc dimming. As far as I know smartphones with hardware-level dc dimming all had a pixelworks chip.
So is the DC dimming in the Realme GT Neo 3 still a software solution (like in every other realme smartphone)? Or finally a hardware level implementation (because of the pixelworks x5 chip)? Does anyone know?
I wonder why samsung does not add this to even S20 S21 ??? no hardware to make this work or evil company?
