I have an Indian version of Honor 6x and I need a good oreo or pie rom that doesn't have major issues. I was going to flash elemental rom but some are reporting frp locking issue. I also can't flash pixyOs or other gsi rom due to unavailability of Volte in these roms. Please suggest a stable rom as this is the only phone I have as of now. Basic requirements are: volte, hotspot, battery along with performance.

If you want VoLTE then you can't flash any ROM as none of them support VoLTE. If you can live without VoLTE you can flash Pixys as it is the most stable and fluid Pie ROM.

Wrong. VoLTE is a feature that can be implemented regardless of Android Version. As of now only Elemental ROM supports it. Other ROMs wether their Oreo or Pie don't support VoLTE. It has to be implemented by the Developer. But Huawei hasn't released the files and the Developer doesn't have time to port them. Besides, most of the Developer don't even have VoLTE. If you want to flash a custom ROM you'll have to sacrifice VoLTE

Well I use Jio sim as my primary sim card and it can't run without volte.
9.5.9 just landed for T-Mobile phones. Oxygen updater doesn't seem to work for downloading full roms for the T-Mobile version. Is there somewhere else I can download this rom in it's full version so I can update and keep magisk?
Oxygen OS 9.5.9.GM31CB is what I'm looking for.
+1
I already have my code to unlock the bootloader but I have several doubts.
What ROM model of op7p can I install to make it international?
Once the bootloader is open, can it be closed again?
I ask because it is said that Drm and Google Play support may be broken if the bootloader remains open
Is there any extra advantage to switching to the global ROM instead of staying on the other than the updates?

LUIS how did you sim unlock your phone in the end?
Anyone working on a custom rom based on A11 that will be a full rom?
Meaning, after flashing I'd be on A11.
I'd like to see a flashable OOS stock rom.
Can we still do that with today's phones\envirobment?

I didn't really understand everything but OOS 11 stable has been released so you should have stock Android 11.
As for custom ROMs they're in development, it's just not fully ready yet, ROM development is still (and hopefully will keep being) possible.

I'm on a Slrint\Tmo branded OnePlus 8 5G.
They lock out OTA once rooted.
They also got rid of local Upgrade.
Only way I'm getting to A11 is either going back to stock unrooted and using OTA
OR
Someone publishes a stock rom that I can flash.
I'd rather do the rom flash rather than going back to stock unrooted to update.
I would just need to remove magisk and modules I guess.... Prt not that big a deal, honestly...
But I'd prefer flashable a11 rom over going OTA
HI!
Sorry for the NOOB Question...
But, why there are no Custom Roms based on Original Latested OOS Rom wit some Improvements and/or modifications?
Thanks!
have no one any idea?
I just came in here looking for the exact same thing. An OOS13 based Rom... Why? Because I grown a custom with the Oneplus features.
I actually tried the Pixel 7 Pro, was thinking of going to that the OP7P will not receive any more updates, but I couldn't get used to it.
