Question Random HardBrick? - Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro

Hello people. I was playing Microsoft Solitaire being bad as always and randomly screen goes black and now phone does not turn on, no button combination does anything, I tried pushing all combinations but no result, never gets even a light, the notification led does turn on an off for 2 or 3 seconds after pressing a button but that is it
I am at latest ArrowOS 12.1, with gravity kernel module, also magisk root, but nothing extremely fancy, phone dead XD?

All good, cable not working

Screen Won't turn on, flashing white/blue LED

Lately my Nexus 5 (running CM11) will occasionally turn allow me to turn the screen on, and the notification LED will start slowly flashing a whitish-blue color.
It even seems to resist me trying to reset it, as I'll hold the power button down for 30 seconds at a time and it won't reboot. After doing this 5 or 6 times eventually it'll reboot and then act fine.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of behavior or know something to try? It's been happening for a few weeks now so I'm not sure if it started with the latest M-build or is unrelated.
Thanks,
Bish

Z5 hard bricked? Xposed?

So, phone was working great for a while. After the Camera 2.0 was working with xposed, I decided to flash xposed. Right after installing it, it started randomly rebooting, a lot. Like, whenever anything intensive was happening. About couple days later, I decided it wasn't worth it anymore and I ran the xposed uninstaller and cleared the caches.
It booted up okay. The launcher was pretty sluggish though. I opened up an app and I just got a black screen. Nav buttons were still there along with the status bar. Nav buttons were non responsive. Status bar could be pulled down though. I clicked settings, just to do something. Settings also didn't open. I hit the power button to do a restart, and selected restart. It just hung there for a couple of minutes. I forced a shutdown with Vol Up + Power. It did the three short vibrates and powered down.
Now, it won't power back up. Literally non responsive. It doesn't get to the Sony logo, it doesn't vibrate, screen doesn't turn on, and no LED status light comes on. I plug it into the charger, and no status light comes on. I tried Vol Up + Power again, and still nothing. I can't get it into fastboot or flash mode, or have it give any indication that it is alive. I tried pressing and holding the power off button by the SIM tray and get absolutely nothing.
Any ideas?

At least try plugging it in to your computer, see if it gets recognized

Ah, forgot to mention that. I'm on an osx box right now, but I'm seeing no indication of anything.

Have you held the power button for an extremely long time, like 15 seconds or so?

I'm not an expert in this area but I'd try to get to a windows computer and see if you can get the Sony software to recognize it. Might be able to reflash or repair
DeadBoot Repair

FOR ME, XPOSED ALWAYS DAMAGED SONY STOCKROM BEYOND REPAIR SO I ALWAYS HAD TO REFLASH,
but with you it seems extreme
1. holdin power and volume up button for 15 seconds should jerk device thrice and you device will go in to shutdown mode. try connecting to flashmode now
2. if (1) isn't working then old sony ion trick might do the magic, rubber band your z5 across screen horizontaly in a way that volume DOWN BUTTON is pressed for atleast 8+ hourse (over night) , this will DRAIN your battery fast and let motherboard clear the code. then put it to wall charger for over night! after 1+ day it should start giving you RED led / blink which means battery is extremely low. later you will get constant red led and finally you will come to stage where no led will be present. AT this point unplug and try connecting you device to FLASHMODE
3. Also remove sim tray during this process and next to SIM tray there is RESET button (musshy black or yellow soft button) , should be pressed with some soft pointy material ( see attached foto of my z5p)

Z5 with triple vibration and doesn't boot

Hello, i have a problem with an Xperia Z5, i replaced his lcd+touch screen, when i tried to boot it up it power on without problems and so ok..When i was reclosing it i tried to power on but i can't see nothing on the screen and i have regularly triple vibrations and red led not fixed..do you know what's happened and what can i do?
P.s. without screen connected charging led is green and not red..
thanks a lot
Hi Polv,
did you fix it? I have EXACTLY the same issue. With disconnected screen, the mobile boots. If I connect it after boot, there is also the screen active. Unfortunatly touch doesn't start, so I can't enter the pint- Using OTG instantly shuts down the mobile.
I tried 2 batteries, no one works. THX a lot
If anyone has the same prob, I answer myself:
It seems to me to be a thermal oder electrical contact issue located in the upper third part of your mobile. I can boot mine into operation by pressing the power button and TWISTING the phone along its axes about 1-2cm. Also stop charing the phone at 70% or so. Stamina Mode in addititon reduces the risk of a spontanous triple vibration shut down.
By this is was possible for me to boot the phone sveral times and get my data. After that, throw it into your recycle bin
Good luck

Help please, black screen of death on Poco X3 NFC the same day i bought it

Hi, i just bought a Poco X3 NFC 128Gb, after 3 hours of use, you know, initial config, app downloading, sing in, etc. I put the phone into my pocket and five minutes later when i tried to unlock it, the phone was death, not responding to anything, i tried to connect charger but nothing happened, not even a led turns on o react, i forced reboot but the only feedback i get was one long vibration followed by one short and nothing else, that every time i tried, i tried all combination of buttons, including keeping one key pressed and repeatedly press power but nothing, i tried to connect it to my PC but it was not detected, i'm advanced user so i have all the drivers, all the tools, not working with community tools i tried, not working with mi flash, not working with mi desktop suite, not working with adb or fastboot or even recognized.
after pressing and pressing buttons i tried holding the volumen - key plus pressing power key and releasing it in spaces of 5 seconds, after 3 o 5 tries it got a big vibration and the power led started to bright, my PC reproduced the device connected sound but it doesn't appear, not adb, not fastboot, not mi flash, anything, it react to certain touches to the screen and the wrong finger vibration when i use the wrong finger in the power button/ Fingerprint reader but nothing else, not sounds, not reactions no any other buttons, or anything to think it was a dead screen only, i tried everything over and over again and no more progress so i give up and send it to warranty with the hope no *tupid excuse by the seller, I'm waiting for an answer so, can any of you give me one please, what happened.
Before i forget, the screen never showed anything again, no logo, no fastboot, no recovery, no backlit even, just black screen of death. Help Please!
Sorry for any mistake in writing, I haven't use English in an exceedingly long time.
Mate, even if the factory has done its QA, some dud devices still make it out into the wild.
Looks like you got one. Hope the seller gets you a new phone fast...

Black screen when starting, only shows shutdown screen, no sound, no wifi

Hello, I have just rooted my phone, I'm using oos 11, and when I start the phone, it's a black screen and if I hold the power button it shows the shutdown menu normally. Sometimes I can get out by holding the power button. The other thing is that sound doesn't work, no matter what, I haven't found a fix to this yet and wifi isn't working, I turn it on and it doesn't do anything, and data feels slower. I'm wondering if anyone has the same issue(s) as me, and if so, is there a fix?
