Hi,
maybe some of you have an idea how to fix a loading android logo continually and doesn't load up?
I have tried res for 10 seconds, and other things like press res and shutdown together, it always bring the loading back

Is this an MTCD type device? Post screenshot of MCU versions.
Assuming it is MTCD, what options have been tried from the plethora of posts regarding recovery.

Hey guys
I'm running MrGarak's fantastic MIUI rom however I've found that the kernel is booting my phone into that white HTC diagnostic screen by default. Unfortunately my volume down button is dead and so I can't navigate the menu; the only way I can boot my phone at the moment is to boot it connected via USB as that makes it boot to Recovery and I can reboot from there.
Any ideas? I think this and another rom I tried both used LordMUE's kernel, could that be the reason the boot preferences don't default to just booting the OS?
Any help and/or pointers would be greatly appreciated
Idea #1 post in the correct forum lol.
Try the Q&A or General Forums man
I was going to but this is almost definitely related to the kernel and/or something in the roms so I thought it'd make sense to be near them as the devs/authors are floating aroundhere... The sub-forum descriptions aren't particularly helpful either.
Anyway, I'll post in Q&A, cheers

Hi friend, I tried to install a version of MCU like the previous one, if it was KLD, download a KLD MCU from the link
yadi. sk/d/umCvHqCDzHccr/All%20dmcu%20for%20PX3%2C%20PX5%2C%20Intel%20Sofia3g/KLD
hold the power button until the lights blink, then release and press 2x, you must enter the recovery menu, then try to flash the new MCU

BTW, these are community forums, contact your reseller for support.

Hello there guys. First of all thanks for this wonderful website/forums. I've used rooting tutorials for my phone in the past here and also regarding some bugs that I had on my phone. Thanks!
Anyways now onto my confusion regarding my Android TV Box. I'm trying to understand what is the exact CPU model number of my Android TV Box as I need to flash the stock firmware.
In order to do that I need to know correct CPU model number or else facing the risk of bricking my device.
I used the app droidinfo and others, but I keep running into a confusing. On the device tab under 'Model' info it mentions the CPU firmware as 'rk3318_box'. While under the build fingerprint it shows 'rk3328_box'.
Even on the device factory reset boot menu it shows rk3328_box. So I'm stuck with confusion whether it is a Rockchip RK3318 CPU or RK3328.
The manufacture website says RK3318 but then this device info apps has thrown me into uncertainity. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I have a AmaseAudio Android 10 PX30 Head Unit and I was looking around for root options.
I managed to enable root over ADB with it being detected as rooted and working perfectly but then when I rebooted the head unit, it would not turn back on. It shows the first boot logo but then black screens. I can access recovery fine but tried wiping the data but it doesn't seem to boot still.
I have contacted the manufacturer for the firmware as I don't see it anywhere online since it's PX30 and Android 10, although I do see Android 9 PX30 that I might try.
While I wait for their reply, I tried installing MalayMod and Hal9k for PX30 but the install fails in recovery with Error 1001 Status 7. I have researched and it seems to be because it's the stock recovery and broken root.
Any other ideas or ability to install TWRP or something on PX30?
Is it MTCx, post MCU version including prefix.

Nevermind, found the Android 10 HCT img firmware and flashed it on with RKDevTool.
I'm trying to determine what firmware link I need to update my head unit.
It's a Joying JY-MQ003N4G, which is not listed in their blog post. Looking at the available options, there's two different links to the same "9 or 10 Inch 1280*720 model with MIPI screen" model.
https://imgur.com/fQShwzS
When joying was contacted for support what did joying suggest?
They suggested this file.
Android 10.0 1280X720 MIPI Screen 2022.1.17.zip
drive.google.com
Which I used to update and then got this.

I've since reset the head unit and tried reflashing with the same drive with the same result. Going to try re-downloading and re-creating the flash drive and try again.

Also do a check of your USB-stick. It is not the first time that an incorrectly disconnected USB-stick, and then reused, has resulted in partly corrupted files in the unpacked firmware.
Used a newer USB stick and repeated the steps. All is well.
Very picky about USB sticks!
