hello guys .. i am new on xda and i thank you all for being part of this site as i am very interested in knowing more and more aboit android . but lately i am having a very big issue with my samsung SM-A525F.
since the last update 12 ui4 my A52-4G stuck on boot logo and wont start, i try wipe cache and reinstalling stock firmware and it start doing bootloop . then i try downgrading to android 11 again , and still the same . i try every solution from the internet but problem still persist ... then i try repair app from recovery mode the phone pass the bootloop and now freeze at optimising apps and switch off and start the bootloop again . i try all firmware for the A52 .. but still the same . i flash via odin and still the same . and finally i browse the internet and see that many people having mostly same the same issue with the android 12 ui 4 update .
please can someone help me correct my phone software as its the only phone i have and i really like it . please help me if anyone have a solution as i cant access the phone because it didnt load the android since i have update to latest version 12 ui 4 and even after downgrading to 11 ui 4.. cannot install binary 3 or earlier . and i've checked and double checked the firmware before updating via odin all is good but still freeze and restart on optimising apps .. help please ..
That's hardware. I had that issue on an A50 and the motherboard went bad on it.

past few weeks , my HTC M8 keeps restarting and when i delete any data like pic , apps or such , it keeps comming back after restart and the new pics and apps gets deleted after restart .The phone shows update availiable when i download it says the file is corrupted .I tried to root , boot unlock , change stock firmware , hard reset , cleared cache , RUU , flash zip through fastboot . none works .most of the fastboot flash gets failed due to signature verify FAIL. phone is UK 3 mobile variant , unlocked . and I'm at India now . took it to service centers , they said they dont have the firmware/software for this phone ...... Can you guys please help me with this ... I have spend all my saving on this phone .. Please help me

Now ..when checked i can see some files from "bestsavesforyou" in my internal storage and android phone data...
i tried deleting the ones in internal storage ..it keeps coming back. tried deleting the ones in phone storage through mobileGO ..but cant do it

My uncle had a nexus 7(wifi tablet) tablet which he took Malaysia and then gave it to me it had android kitkat(4.4.4) so i updated it to android lollipop(5.2) it was working fine but then i noticed that playstore was not working, it turned on and whenever i tried to download something then it just gets stuck in downloading and after 10 mins it showed app couldn't be downloaded due to error code 495 , so after seeing this i performed a factory reset but still it didnt helped then i downgraded it to android kitkat(4.4.4) but still the problem didnt solved , i tried every possible solution but still the problem didnt solved. plz help me i really need your help. peace out
Hi everyone. My phone recently received a system update (A5000_S124_151118_8G_ROW_TO_A5000 S125_170112_8G_ROW). After downloading, a notice said that the device will reboot to install the new software. Phone reboots to recovery and after a few seconds in the process of installation, it stopped and said error.
Tried it a few times with the same result. I unroot the device thinking it could be the cause of the error. But it still didn't work. Will anyone help me figure this out?

You must know that a rooted device and with a custom recovery can`t instal a OTA update , sometimes it doesn`t install and sometimes it bricks the device , your current status atm

few days ago my phone just stop working . Like it was not charging , no recovery mode and nothing else . So according to internet its hard bricked .
then after couple hundred tries i got it up to odin mode and felt happy thinking now I can flash new rom . but it just stuck at initialing . and suddenly there's message saying use smart switch cause there was error updating the device . Then I used smart switch and even there it cannot recognize the device . So i thought let use sp flasing tool cause why not . I could not find scatter file . also i dont think that will work . I also flashed just the stock recovery and it worked but when i use it to flash or factory reset it just reboot to logo and next the recovery is gone again. NOw i have no idea what to do . can anyone please help me
so i bought from hands phone in perfect condition but its on android 11 and when i try to update from phone its just restart at 25% , with smart switch its just give error that cant update tried emergency recovey in switch and its fail too .

What error message are you given?
You might be able to update using Odin. To be on the safe side, I would recommend performing a factory reset.
after 5 hours of torture i flashed orig firmware through ofin , and everything good now
