O Apps in each category and unable to add any.

Not really understanding what you are talking about or asking.

I remember seeing this app somewhere, but now that I have a need for it, I can't find it! Can anybody help me out?
It allowed you to have two profiles, one for you and one for anyone else who happened to use your phone. If someone messes up the lockscreen code, it would allow them to use the phone, just not have access to certain apps, files, etc.
You guys know what app I'm talking about?
I've been trying to find a way to do this but I can't find a way, but figured maybe I'm missing something. Is there a way to disable Google's "Hover" notifications in Lollipop? They are pretty annoying when I'm playing games, or when singer one is using my phone they see my conversations.
Edit: just realized I posted this in the wrong section. If a Dev could please move this to Q&A.
Thanks!

For now its a built in feature with no option to disable. Im currently waiting for this myself so Google can either bring back the notification ticker, or someone can implement it in their ROM.
I think all sort of questions are asked here in XDA. You can go & assume to think that such question may not be asked by anyone & bham! You find it in the q&a section or somewhere else.
Can anyone answer what exactly proxy handler is? Is it safe to delete? I've searched the internet and the only thing I've found is listing of it but then with a question mark on whether it can be frozen or not.

No, it's not at all safe.
It's for handling proxy configs and integration with apps.
Anyway, why do you want to delete it?
It's just something like 50KB.
If you insist, try freezing it from Link2SD and reboot and see if everything works properly for a week.
If you have no issues, remove it. (Take backup before doing)
So, i've been looking everywhere for this and found a lot of negative answers as also tried some fixes that did not work for me. What i wanted was a way of keeping an app into the memory without being auto killed by the Android System. I know there will be people saying that it's not possible. But there should be a way somehow right? Even if you had to transform it into a foreground app then it wouldn't be closed. The question is, how? Can someone be so kind as to help me into this? Thanks
Hello,
I am trying to find why some apps are calling Baidu servers and how to stop it. I keep digging and recently I found something Google doesn't know about. It shares the same UID as "systemUI" process. It's called "com.android.samari". I don't know if it's an app or a daemon service or whatever. Does anyone know what it is for?
Seriously? People build android from source and no one knows anything? I can't find anything about it. Can someone at least point me where I can find an answer?
