Did you download the Android SDK and download the ADB driver off of it?
Does anyone know if adb works on Windows 7 64-bit? It worked on my other netbook that ran on 32 bit but it doesn't work on my 64-bit. I put the sdk in the same location (c:/)
I can cd into the directory but it says adb isn't a recognizable input or something. Any ideas?

I already have ADB installed in WinXP, used with previous phones. Just need USB driver for OP6 that works with ancient 32bit WinXP.

It's too late to answer now but I just got my first ever OnePlus 6 a few days before. First, install the simple driver that came with your phone. Then go to its installation directory (C:\Program Files\OnePlus USB Drivers) there you will see a directory named xp. Install the driver from the windows device manager and you are good to go.
