my phone won't turn on anymore. When I connect it to my pc it says device not recognized while before it detect it normally thank you in advance.

Zune has to be running, and your phone must be on the home screen, not the lock screen.
1.Turn off the unit firs
2.Connect the unit to computer via USB cable
2.1 Then you will find new device in manager
but my pc can not find new device...why??
