You need to find which app(s) are misbehaving.
Try clearing system cache, see if that fixes it.
If not open in safe mode to see if a 3rd party app is the cause.
In Developer options see if there's a memory leak by viewing ram usage. Check running services there as well for clues.

Just got the error again. This is the memory and running services.

Did you go into device care and see which app triggered it?

Likely a 3rd party app or one that was updated.

In Device Care>memory see what most recently cache when it happens.

Try and looking in device care / battery / care report (just to the left of the three dot hamburger menu) / see all See if there are any apps listed with "issue detected"

Download Airpush Detector. I've had a lot of luck with it finding apps that cause popups.
This application does not work for me.
I am still struggling to find what is causing this. I installed Permissions explorer and listed all applications with draw over other apps permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW). There is nothing there that that could be potentially showing the message. One thing that I have noticed is that if I am on the home screen and long press the back button (which is mapped to kill app via All in One Gestures) this pop up shows up.
I also installed OS monitor which shows all processes currently running and also exported system log showing all events. However, the log consist of 5500 lines for just 2 minutes of logging and it is very difficult for me to find anything there.
Any ideas, anyone, please? Is there any other permission worth checking or any other application worth installing to finally find what is causing this?

What the heck is this?

I just got my phone back from warranty, so it's freshly reset and this popped up randomly. Well I must have done something that summoned it but I'm not sure. I was just playing COC and tapping the screen as usual then this. Anyone know. Bringing up recent apps showed nothing.

You sure it's not an app you installed. There are some apps that can have that.
Assuming it's not a 3rd part app, can you check the firmware/android version of your phone?

Try these 2 options; first, turn off applications in "app twin" menu, then retry.
If this shouldn't work, go in settings and look for "users" menu, then delete the guest account leaving only the user you're actually using. This should do the trick.

Data usage by app 10361

If I check my mobile data usage I can see an app called 10361 that used about 100MB mobile data. I can't find this app in in the list of installed apps. The phone is a NOT rooted Pixel 4a. Any ideas on that?
Scrolling through my list of apps that use mobile data, I did not see anything labeled like that. Are all your apps from the Play Store or other reputable app store?
Yes, except Adguard, but that should be fine.
I can click the app under mobile data useage to get more info, then click the icon to get to the app info screen... So a that get you to anything useful?
I'm including screenshots of me clicking on Teams in case the description isn't clear enough.

I can click on it and get a screen like your second screenshot. But it doesn't show an icon or a name and I can't open the app info from this screen.
I've seen recently deleted apps show up in a similar way. Is there anything you have uninstalled lately that might fit the bill?
Perhaps, I'm not sure. Usually deleted Apps are group under a "deleted apps" entry. Why it's not in this case?

Which Notification is that ?
Show a pic if possible.
With the good lock Suite - You can catch unknown notifications and disable them
Yes, I got that today, in the UK.
I just installed it and then uninstalled it, maybe it'll come back but hope not. It seems to be a benign app that links you to the offers on the Samsung site, e.g. Disney+, etc.

disable auto-updates at Google play and disable background run
It is from Samsung Recommended apps app. You would need to disable it using adb
