I have this really annoying issue where I can't turn off incoming calls on my Galaxy Watch 4. I have tried everything; unchecked the relevant settings, hard reset the watch....nothing works. I have even tried to block notifications from phone app in developer settings. Still no luck. My watch still vibrates when I get a call. I never had this issue before the last update. Can anyone help? Samsung support was unhelpful.

While on a call, a incoming call renders all audio on both calls dead. Regardless if you answer, ignore or let go to VM, neither person can no longer hear any audio.
I have tried this in many different scenarios. I am using T-Mobile in the NYC area.
If anyone else is experiencing this, please respond.
UPDATE!!!!!
The "Viber" app I installed was the cause of the problem. Once I uninstalled it immediately fixed the problem.

Hi, I have the exact same problem. It is quite frustrating.
The only work around I have found so far is to go in to call settings -->additional settings and turn off call waiting. Which is also kind of annoying.
Does anyone have a more elegant solution? (like having the incoming call sound a beep instead of taking over my entire call and rendering the phone useless!)

Does anyone else have this problem? Sometimes when I get an incoming call, I don't have the option to answer, just the decline option. It doesn't happen all the time. I haven't installed any type of lockscreen app. It happens on both wifi calling and cell network. I've tried hard resets, and the problem still persists. This is the second sensation that has done this. Any ideas?

I can make outgoing calls but I cannot receive any calls, they go straight to voicemail
If I restart my phone I can receive calls for a while but then after being locked for a bit the calls next come through. I wake the phone up and even then the call still wont come through until i restart it again.
Anyone know why this happens, it sure hasnt always happened?

I turned wifi calling on and turned off location and it works every time now.
Not sure why. I hate wifi calling and id like to keep my location on but whatever, i need to receive calls.
I found problem using "Do Not Disturb", custom settings staying in effect even when turned off! Change to "Accept All Calls" and you will be able to receive callers not in your contact list. BUG??

Hi everyone. Got a weird one here. If I'm actively in a phone call, my T-Mobile s7 will not notify me of texts. There's no sound or vibration while I'm on a call. I checked the phone apps settings and call alerts is set to on. I also completely wiped and it didn't work. I've tried the Google SMS app and hangouts SMS and still doesn't work.
Any good ideas?

Hi guys, samsung has been useless at helping me with this but recently switched from og GW to GW 4 classic, the problem is I am not getting notified when someone calls me on my watch. After restart it works fine for little bit then again breaks and I get nothing. if I pick up the call on my phone then it shows that its in progress and I can hang up from my watch. I tried googling checking possible fixes but nothing. Phone is connected, I dont have any silent or DND modes. I tried looking into notification settings for "phone" app but there is no such thing. Anyone have any idea? If restarting fixes it temporarily then it cant be any settings right? Phone is galaxy note10 watch is regular BT one not LTE
