hello to my surprise i got an OTA update this morning on my moto g7 power.it was the update to Android 9 pie with february 2020 security patches. I was hoping for an android 10 OTAS but that was not happening this time around .but geting security updates on the device is better then not being secure.also i am probably thinking that the android 10 is in testing phases and we will probably get it in our next few quarterly patch
or OTA updates .

I have the 4G version (A2020G) and I think I only ever got one update over OTA. All the other updates I downloaded them from the ZTE website as they became available including the latest V2.5 with the June security patch.
ZTE already has a reputation for horrible OTA updates. I remember on my Axon 7 was the exact same story. Only ever got one OTA, all the others were installed manually.
If you can help for the suitable firmware from their site i will be appreciated

Hi. i have a lg g710ulm version with the software version of "g710ulm21d" android pie.
I am in bangladesh now. I am not getting a single update since july 1 2019 Security patch.
Is there any way to update my device to android 10? Without any bug ? Which will be stable enough.
