Question Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, Two front cameras - Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE

This is my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE, and my question is:
Is this thread for my tablet as well? I didn't find a thread that match my model.

hmmm.....have 4/64 and 6/128 5G versions and both have only one front camera
Other than that, would say yes. But as there are some HW differences, obviously some things would not relate to some models. Then again, considering the trend of having 84385 variants of the same crap, would be ridiculous to have 8484 subforums for each and every one of them of them.

When you say 2 cameras, do you mean the 2 levels of zoom you see in the camera app ? That's just digital zoom,

Its the Inware System Information App, that say i have 2 front cameras. I have found out that this information is false. This Inware app give false information about the camera.

from my experience using a Galaxy Note 2 Galaxy Note 5 or galaxy s6 a galaxy s6 edge, a galaxy s5, a galaxy s4, and even a galaxy s3 connected to both my galaxy gear s and my gear s2 the only one I've had issues with is samsung galaxy note 5 & I think it's kind of hilarious seen as how it has 4 gigs of ram and an octocore processor, that being said the few differences I have noticed in the functionality of the gear when using different Galaxy devices is minimally changed. The apps that will not work are generally not phenomenal apps. And they are usually not updated anyway. In theory if you got an s4 versus any other galaxy device with one and a half gigs of RAM will probably have the same basic usability. I hope this help. I guess to shorten it down if you're trying to save some money. The Galaxy s4 will probably do you just fine. If you want to be 100% sure you have absolutely no issues at all you want the best bang for your buck get an S5. It's almost the perfect device for the gear.

thank you for your answer, this is exactly what I wanted to know. I think eventually I'll get a s4 because I will use it as a second phone only for the gear and little else and buy a s5 only for this seems like a waste ...my phone will remain the main iphone 6 with which I am comfortable in the hope that soon will also be released the app for ios... then there is to say that here in Italy, for what it costs to buy a samsung, to have 4 GB of RAM I was watching the new OnePlus 2 (the same price of the galaxy s4 ......) but in that case lose apps made just for samsung .. shame ..

Use Selective focus, once captured, the saved image in Gallery allows you to save in different focuses.

i know but there is lot a difference between live focus and selective focus brother please check note 8 live focus and do not compare with selective focus.
I know, that only works if you have dual camera.

No, it can only work with 2 cameras, so unless you know a way of gluing on another camera, it ain't gonna happen.
The nearest we can get to it on the S8+ is by using selective focus or by using macro mode which can produce quite reasonable bokeh.
If so, how is it possible in A8+?

Sorry, I don't know the A8+.
The question was asked regarding the Galaxy S8+ specifically, and not all mobile phones in existence.
As you allude to, there are a multitude of devices that now implement a version of this using 'software' and the A8+ is probably one of these, as is also the Pixel 2 XL.
This hadn't been implemented on the S8+ at the time of my reply, but may now be present in some 'custom' ROM,s.
[Edit]
After doing some research on the A8+, I understand that it does actually have 2 front cameras.
It also notes that 'Live Focus' is available when taking 'selfies', ie using the '2' front cameras. In light of this, your 'trolling' of my original post makes absolutely no sense.
You're comparing apples (S8/+) to oranges (A8/+), one has a single camera on front and back = no 'Live Focus', the other has 2 on the front = 'Live Focus' when using front camera's.
Simple.

Android auto power off / on

Hi, anyone know if it's possible to get the power auto off/on feature for Samsung galaxy s7 edge... without rooting the device?
Or if its not possible does anyone know what models have this feature? Preferably samsung, but open to considering other options, I need to upgrade to 5g handset at some point anyway.
Sorting it for my s7 edge is cheaper though! Lol
Thanks

Brand new to android phones, help me pick

Hi guys! I dont know where to ask, i have seen about 25 ish videoes on youtube, read some sites.. read some more sites... and... read...... you get the point
I am new to android phones, i went from Siemens, to Sony Ericsson to Iphone as my smartphone, i have had Iphone sience the first iphone. I am very happy with my iphone. BUT.. i wanna try something new.
I have decided between One Plus 9Pro and the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra.. i dont know why Samsung is there, but might have something to do with it beeing abit main stream. I have never heard about OnePlus.. and certantly not Xiaomi ( i dont know how to say that name irl).
I am not a Photographer or Videomaker, but i want to use the Camera alot of my phone.
Out of these two, what would you guys reccomend and why. Answers like "Pick the one you like" , "S21 ultra is the best" or " Xiaomi " does not work for me. As i have never seen the two brands, i can only know about them from you guys and the rest of the internett.
As far as i have concluded: Both have amazing screen, Both have good cameras, Both as fast and Xiaomi have better battery, but does not look as good as the OnePlus. OnePlus is also cheaper
Would i as an Amature Photographer, Videomaker and Android user see and feel the difference?
Only one is for sale in my country atm, but i can wait for the Xiaomi

Hi Ya all. Please how can i sort this out

Cant create a work profile because a security policy prevents the creation of a work profile because of a custom OS installed on Samsung Galaxy Note 9
Hi @Code1804
Welcome to the xda family.
I am not a Sammy guy and I can not answer your question but, a quick search seems you might be in for a bit of a challenge.
I found an older thread that talks about using an alternate (second) user instead of profiles.

Does your workplace have a BYOD policy that enforces full device encryption? Have you already unlocked your bootloader and rooted your device, thus tripping Samsung Knox? Have you tried to use Android Work Profile only to find out that "Your...

You might be better off asking your custom ROM developer about it.
Take a look and/or ask for help in the Note 9 thread(s).
