Google Internal OTA Update offered for 5.0

I received a refurbished nexus 5 that appears to have possibly been an ex-googler's. This morning I was offered the following OTA update:

Here is my version information. As of yet I haven't updated to the offered OTA
Any idea's what's going on here? Is the rom dump of what I've got here at all interesting/useful?

probably the security patch...since 6.0 is now out i don't really see this being relevant unless it does/has something retail units don't have

Just got my G5 today and noticed there were no updates unlike the S6 Edge I exchanged it for which had a million. IDK how this is possible and its making me suspect they gave me a refurbished phone or something. Android security version says 5-1. I see multiple people posting about an update on 9-27. Also, is there a safe way to root on 10D?

I got mine this summer but it has all of the updates. Look for software update in settings.

As far as I'm aware 10D is rootable for h830.

Galaxy S6 has no LTE option

I've just changed my carrier to Three and it comes with 4g. When I go to change it over there is no option to turn it on. The phone is unlocked and rooted.
I've attached a couple of screenshots incase they help with the info.

If I can't get anywhere I'll do a wipe then a fresh install of the carriers ROM from sammobile and see if that helps.

WOW, you are still running the ancient Lollipop 5.0.2, update to 7.0 if your carrier provides it.

[SOLVED] Android 12 Beta 2 unknown icon

EDIT: Issue was resolved by removing sim and downloading an ESIM.
Hello I am on Google Fi with a Pixel 4XL. I updated to Beta 2 last night and now I am seeing the slashed out phone icon next to my carrier name. I am guessing it has to do with network coverage. However, this goes away if I reboot but quickly comes back. I can still make and take calls. Any ideas what this is?

General US Watch 4 Non-LTE Firmware R860XXU1FVD4 with May 1 Security Patch Level is out

I just updated my US Watch 4 Non-LTE to R860XXU1FVD4 - Update mentions "Improved system stability and reliability + Stabilization codes for watch operation have been applied" - I have yet to find anything new - My AT&T Watch 4 Classic LTE shows no update available.

I got the update too and also have not seen anything different as of yet.
