Question LE2110 Rooted w/ Magisk - Can't Update to newest build number - OnePlus 9

I've been having some problems updating my LE2110 rooted and w/ Magisk One Plus 9 5G phone. Model is LE2110 and the build number I am on is Oxygen OS 11.2.9.9.LE25AA.
Here's my process to updated:
On my phone options, when I go to settings - systems - system updates - check for updates - it finds a new version LE2115_11_C.44_202201182115. However it cannot instal it do to an 'installation problem'.
So I tried using Oxygen Updater App and from there I can download the LE2115_11.C.44 patch locally. I then go back to settings - system - system updates - setting icon on top right - then local upgrade. From here I can see my downloaded update locally, I'll install that and do not reset. I then go to Magisk and click install - install to inactive slot (after OTA). This is advised to do so it keeps my root during reboot. I then reboot and I see that the update hasn't actually installed.
Any ideas on how to get this phone updated? This might be a problem that I have a LE2110 chinese phone and am running Oxygen OS. It's a work phone, so important for me to keep it up to date. Am I doing something wrong in the process? Thank you so much.

[SOLVED] Cannot download OTA update

I have an OPO with the following firmware:
Cyanogen OS: 11.0-XNPH05Q
Android: 4.4.4
A while ago I upgraded to CM12 and decided I didn't like it, primarily due to the MMS issue. So I restored to 11, until now and want to upgrade. I go to About phone > System updates and get the following:
"An update is available for your system
XNPH05Q Incremental
A Cyanogen OS update, XNPH05Q Incremental, is available for your phone. You will be notified when it is ready for installation.
This will prepare your device for upgrading to Cyanogen OS 12.0.
Update size: 8.7MB"
The problem is, when I press 'Download update', nothing happens. Nothing. Nada.
Some information which may be pertinent:
Constantly connected to Wi-Fi
Device is rooted
I am currently overseas (in another country away from my usual home)
Xposed Framework with Xprivacy installed (I have tried disabling Xposed but upgrade still doesn't work)
TWRP 2.8.5.1
Any suggestions?
SOLVED
The issue was that the System Update process was disabled in ES Task Manager. When I enabled the process, the download proceeded.

Convert OP 7 pro Chinese Hydrogen ROM (GM1910) to a EUROPE Global ROM (GM1913)

Dear all,
I am waiting to arrive an unopened Oneplus 7 pro (GM1910) from China with, I guess Chinese ROM Hydrogen.
I just want to flash it and install the Global ROM Oxygen valid to my spanish language.
Is there any official way to do it from Oneplus?
Could you please tell me how to do it in the easiest and safe way? (links or whatever)
I have read about TWRP and Magisk but l don¡t know and undestand if I HAVE to do everthing they do in the tutorial videos.

GM1910 is the Chinese variant OnePlus 7 Pro running HydrogenOS (with GM21 build tag).
----> It is possible to flash both GM21AA (global) and GM21BA (EU) OxygenOS firmware on top of the HydrogenOS using the Local Upgrade method.
----> Bootloader unlocking is not necessary for switching to OxygenOS.
After conversion, you'll get OTA update from the respective branch.
I just want to have the properly ROM for my country (Spain) and get update normally in the future.
Thanks a lot in advance¡
As the quoted post implies, just download the firmware onto the the root of the internal SD card and use the local upgrade option found in the settings. Settings -> System -> System Update -> Top right gear icon -> Local Upgrade

I'm trying to do the same, but Local upgrade option doesn't work - selecting the file pops up an error message that downgrading is not allowed.
Any Idea's?

You will have to wait until the next version of the global rom is released. Looks like your copy of H2OS is newer than the OOS version you're trying to install.

i have a GM1910 too and its now running Oxygen OS 9.5.8 without any issues
I bought oneplus 7 pro model 1910 and it comes with oxyOS 9.5.8 with may security patch , is there any different between global and Chinese one when you root of flash ROMs

Magisk v 22 update

Hi All,
I wonder if any of you , who use stock Oreo 8.0 rooted, have updated Magisk to the latest v22? If you have done so, would you mind sharing how it went?
TIA
Most software comes with an event log for each update. This record shows what was changed, deleted, or added, if there was nothing told specifically about your phone, or OS, then it is probably the same as it's former stable version.

Question Weird problem on my OnePlus 9: my screen doesn't respond anymore after updating

XDA, we've had a problem here.
Hello everyone!
I'm throwing a bottle into the sea because I don't feel that other people have had the same problem.
I've been on the latest version of Lineage OS 18.1 until now. Having seen the latest version released (20.0) I tried to update my smartphone but the screen became unresponsive (plus there was no network: I'm in France #andr01dfr3ak).
So I used Scrcpy and I could use the phone "normally". I decided to redo a fresh installation from OOS (I had to downgrade) and install the latest version of Lineage OS 19.1 (and wait for the 20.0 to be stable).
So I used MSM and installed an Indian version of OOS on my phone. My screen was responding again. Wanting to put the latest version of OOS in order to reinstall Lineage OS, I have updated OOS via OTA and I had the same problem as before: the screen does not respond anymore but now without any possibility to activate anything in the developer options.
Thus, in summary: I'm currently stuck with (the last?) OOS because the screen that doesn't respond anymore (but it's on and all the buttons work) and I have no possibility to activate anything in the developer options (so no USB debugging etc.).
What do you think I should do?
When you flashed the wrong firmware and wonder why the display doesn't work. The firmware you flashed thinks your phone is the India 9r version and all updates will only give you india stuff now. You must flash EU version of firmware. Link https://github.com/libxzr/FastbootEnhance

Question OnePlus 9 cannot update from 2113_11_C.60

Hi all,
I have a weird issue - I have updated my OnePlus 9 EU last year over Oxygen Updater, but managed to install India-only update on EU phone and now in settings it shows 2113_11_C.60.
After scouring internet I found that C.60 was India only update.
Now, I haven't received a single auto update since May 2022.
I have tried downloading incrimental updates to C.62 both for 2113 and 2111, but neither local upgrade nor special oneplus app was not able to update.
Also tried full install of C.62, no success.
Even tried full upgrade to latest EU build LE2113_11_F.75 - same result..
The local upgrade through settings constantly shows "verification failed" no matter what file I choose.
OP's System Update app would fail after showing system updating for a minute, with 0% progress.
As I understand, I somehow managed to install Indian version of incrimental update on EU phone, but now I am stuck on it.
What are other reinstall options on OnePlus 9?
Can I somehow force install if I connect over PC?
Many thanks for the help!

Index of /list/Unbrick_Tools
Find the one compatible for your device whatever stock would be and run the msm recovery tool. This will get you back where you need to be to be able to update to latest software.
Otherwise you can try editing the file payload_properties.txt inside the update zip and changing oplus_update_engine_verify_disable to 1. This way your phone should skip the verification process entirely. Keep in mind that this could still result into bricking your phone because of this unintended update path but since the alternative would be using MSM tool why not trying anyway.
