So Who's Received their Samsung.com Order?

I ordered mine at around 4am Eastern on 11/20 to take advantage of the $50 BF discount. I'm not confident I'll see it any time soon, but I'm trying to maintain a positive attitude.
If you ordered the non-LTE S3 Frontier via Samsung.com and have actually received it, when did you order it?

I ordered mine on the 6th and got it today

Ordered Mine On The 12th Of November. Paid for next day shipping hoping to get it on the 19th (day after the release). Called yesterday and was told that I'll get it on the 2nd of December at the earliest and a chance to not get it until after the 27th of December. All while some lucky people walked into a few best buys and bought them same day.

I also ordered one from best buy on the 20th and shipping was confirmed yesterday, supposed to be here tomorrow. I was hoping to cancel the Samsung.com ordered but it already shipped.

So I just got off the phone with Samsung and they're stating that the next estimated restock date is December 1, and there are currently 800 orders in line for that restock. She couldn't say whether I'd actually get a watch from that shipment, but offered me a $25 gift card for my patience.
So, fingers crossed that VZW offers the LTE version before then (I actually do want the LTE version but had decided to settle for BT if that arrived first).

Shipping date

I did a search and I couldn't find a thread regarding this.
Some sights say that the Pixel 2 will ship in a month. However, my order says it will ship on the 18th. How likely is it that Google will actually ship it the 18th? Have others been given a different shipping date? I need a new phone fast. I may be forced to use my N6 due to increasingly poor reception (LTE and GPS) on my Pixel XL.

I ordered both the pixel 2 and the pixel 2 XL. Both are in Black. The pixel 2 says shipping the 18th but the pixel 2 XL says the 24th. To headphone dongle says the 24th as well.

I ordered through a corporate Verizon account and the purchase order and it says "Deliver by Oct 19th". So I'll guess we'll just have to wait until next week to find out.

I'm assuming the dates next week are accurate for orders placed shortly after pre-order was available. Ordered mine a week ago and I have an expected ship date of 10/17, deliver by 10/18-19.

Canada sales representative told me October 20th pre ordered it today

Believe color is also an issue. I ordered when not to long after pre-order announcement and got 11/19 for shipping.

The appears to be a couple week wait prior right now. I ordered (2) black 64g Pixel 2's on October 9th through Google Fi and was given an estimated delivery date of the 30th. I have to admit that this is the first time I'm jumping on the leading edge so I'm hoping for a great device.

My ship date says 18th and should be delivered on the 20th for the black and for my wife's white one delivery is slated for the 2nd of November.

I ordered the Just Black 128GB variant early this past Tuesday morning, and it gave me a shipping date of October 17th with an arrival date of October 20th - 23rd. I looked into the so-called "Panda" (It could be an Orca or Snoopy color too, maybe like my JRT or BT :laugh 2 XL as well, and it gave me a shipping date of 7 - 8 weeks, while the solid black variant of the 2 XL gave a shipping date of 2 - 3 weeks.

Mine ships Oct 17, delivery 19 or 20th

I ordered a black xl this morning and got a delivery date of November 1. I hope they ship it sooner.

I ordered a white pixel 2 64GB on 10/4... says shipping on 11/13. I just went to the site to see what the ship dates are for new orders... a new order says shipping on 10/22. WTF? Should I cancel my original order and re-order? Are they smart enough to ship in the order the orders were received?

Ordered minutes after page was available. Pixel 2 - White model and black model. Ships 17th receive 18th~19th

I would email them directly or call, and see what they say. I'm hoping they just miscalculated your original shipping date.

I called support. They said not to cancel the original order - orders will be shipped in batches. The dates appear to mean absolutely nothing. Ridiculous system. This is not confidence inspiring.

They have always had shipping issues with Nexus then Pixel phones. They simply can't handle the [small] volume of early orders. Some nexus threads had people calling for Google's head. Their 'shipping blocks' means nothing. People got their phones days ahead of others even though they ordered days or weeks later.

Mine says ships on the 17, but then delivery on the 25-26th...

I know with the whole world dealing with the covid, I placed my order for the bluetooth model sliver one on the 12th, and supposed to be delivered the 27th, this morning i decided to check and now the delivery date is the Sep 10th, but on my Samsung shop app on my s21 ultra still says ships the week of the 25th of Aug,, has anyone had there delivery dates change?

Just checked my Black 44mm and it has not changed when I signed in to Samsung.

Yeah mine had changed to sept. 10 on the website and my samsung shop app, and then this morning I woke up at 3:30am for work to a email from samsung and fedex saying my watch was picked up last night at 9 pm and would be delivered the 25th of this week, so i`m shocked that it shipped after the dates changed to sept. 10th.

Seems like preorders in the UK were shipped early - mine arrived on Friday

Ordered mine from Best Buy. Said pickup or delivery August 27th. It doesn't show the actual date in the order details, but if I select change to ship it says by the 27th. Hopefully that sticks! I'll be pretty ticked if it gets delayed.

Pre-ordered mine 44mm Green Watch4 and the store says shipping on 17th October.
Hopefully, we got early shipping just like you guys.

Yup I got mine last week on the 21st August

Ordered from Samsung on the 11th with an expedited delivery before the end of the month. Then mine changed to Sept 15th, but I "chatted" with Samsung this morning and he said it should still get here on the 27th - the original delivery date. I guess we'll see...

Ordered from Best Buy with a pickup date of August 27th. Saw it was "preparing for pickup" this morning, so I chatted with a rep and he changed the date of pickup to today. Went to the store, watch was right there, but they wouldn't give it to me... They said there's a "street date" of August 27th, which is when stores can put the devices our for sale officially. But mine was an order, not really sure why this had to be an issue? Went from excited to disappointed REAL quick. Whatever, tomorrow is fine. At least it's not delayed.

I bet but anything is better than Amazon not showing anything at all.
I don't get how Samsung can ship them out since the 11th and everyone else has a hard date.
If we can have them tomorrow then why can't Amazon or BB ship yesterday or today
so we can have them on the 27th >?

Waiting burgundi 512 from sunrise.ch pre-ordered on 09 february waiting on 25 maiby sooner, but on samsung.com/ch delivery 18 february...

If you check the bottom part or additional details it might show you delivery, that 18th Feb seems to be the shipping date and I think it might come from abroad... Simply based on the fact that to me it shows delivery expected 3/03

Thanks for the update! Mine hasn't shipped yet - on the order tracking of the samsung website says "shipping 18/03 which was yesterday... mhhh.... I hope that this week things move and I get by the first days of March!

Crossed fingers, but waiting updated firmware because my S21U is faster on all ways, bether network signal and faster mobile 5G network... everything better on S21U , S22Ultra only better photo for now... and was 512Gb my S21U is 256Gb

I've been lurking for a while now in this forum, reddit, and twitter and haven't seen anyone mention any movement on the custom colors yet. "Processing" or "Customizing" seems to be where everyone is at right now with a huge chunk of folks with a March 8th, 9th, or 10th delivery date.
With the standard colors shipping and being delivered 4-5 days early for some, I'm a bit surprised and concerned that not even a label has been created yet... for anyone. I think a month is enough time for a custom color and will decide on whether i want to accept the package or refuse depending on Samsung meeting my delivery date (March 8th).
Anyhow, we'll see. I ordered Graphite 256GB on February 9th, but later in the evening due to Samsung making the Pixel 6 pre-order look like a cakewalk.

My order has always said The 8th and says customizing sense the day I ordered it.

same here. the only updates i've seen regarding custom dates is some orders getting pushed back. mine has yet to have that happen, but i wouldn't be surprised if it did considering the way this launch started. at that point, i'm out.

Mine said march 8 until Saturday. Got an email Saturday that said it was delayed and that I would get an email with an estimated delivery date when the date was available

interestingly enough the app still says march 8 delivery. Doubt it's correct given I got the email. However, I'm hoping it's wrong. Samsung has a history of having random ship dates in random places on preorders so neither result would surprise me

Graphite S22 Ultra here, Europe. Ordered a few hours after it was available. I had the delivery scheduled for March 3, contacted support on March 2 since it was still "Undergoing Customization". The day after it was shipped, will be in my hands tomorrow morning (March 7).

Just received an email my order has been delayed. Somehow not surprised.

Red 256GB already delivered in Frankfurt (am Main) in Germany. According to Samsung Chat Support, I will receive my 512GB Red one by the end of this week. Agent said that we can all ignore what the order page says because they skipped some processes to deliver faster and the system does not receive the data it would normally get to show you the actual status.

Nothing at all. I checked last week, they told me both phones will be shipped on 10.03 (Red Ultra & Violet S22). Now an agent told me that only S22 Violet is ready and the other phone is not. I guess you cannot really extract the right information out of them when they are in such a delivery chaos. The only sure thing is the delivery mail from DHL, which has not reached my postbox yet

Where is everyone one from? I am in Florida. USA. Wonder where it is shipped from and how.

Graphite 256gb finally shipped will be here on 3/11. Got an email saying it was delayed on 3/5. Then a few days later it changed from customizing to processing. Mine is shipping from Irving, TX. USA

I had pre-ordered the Graphite 512GB and Red 256GB on the 09/02, the Red version was on Customisation Complete until yesterday, while the Graphite version got delivered yesterday. They both had the 10th of March as delivery date since the moment I pre-ordered.

Just received an email stating it would be shipped out the 21st now. At least it's a date.

They could send your cancelled red order to me. Received 2 more notices that my order has been delayed over 30 days now.
Never going to preorder anything special from Samsung again. The phones where available at Amazon next day delivery as soon as released and available at every retailer.
Terrible way to treat repeat customers. Last 2 phones where purchased direct from them and delivered quickly.

Im in Canada and ordered a red 1TB, my update has said "on the way" since last week.
Reached out to samsung via chat andTwitter and they are useless. Its pretty pathetic it takes this long to get a phone out to customers, makes them look like clowns. Im not even sure i will keep it lol..once you go Fold its hard to go back
