LIneageOS 14.1 has now been built from source and is available for the Infinix HOT 4 Pro. This Rom can be used as a daily driver without any issues. As usual do not hesitate to let us know of any issues regarding this Rom. All features are working in this Rom including the fingerprint and camera.

How To Install
NB: You must be on marshmallow base or any Rom based on 3.18.19+ kernel
1. Download Rom from the link provided above and copy to your sdcard
2. Boot into recovery e.g. TWRP, Philz, CTR etc
3. Wipe data, cache, dalvik cache and system
4. Install Rom
5. Reboot
> First boot may take some time so be patient if you notice it has taken long

Volte not working,how to fix this issue?

I Installed lineage OS 14 in my Infinix Hot 4 Pro X556. This ROM works like a charm, runs very fast and have a lot of options. My only disappointment was battery drain, I tried all solutions in ALL forums about lineage OS, nothing works for me. Battery lasts 6 HOURS. My final solution: Return to stock ROM.

Fingerprint not working
After flashing the Rom, everything seemed fine but the registered fingerprints can't unlock the device and partially shows effect of touch. But right now, it doesn't even detect anymore after deleting the old once trying to register new once. Please help me asap. Anything could be done to fix the fingerprint issues?

I don't know why people are so obsessed with other OS while Lineage is giving exact same features as other custom Roms out there. Try this once and you will forget other guys.

Installation procedure:
- Have an unlocked bootloader, and TWRP installed/booted
(Not gonna be explained here, there'll be threads in this forum somewhere)
- Wipe data and cache (don't report anything bugs if you dirty flashed over another ROM)
- Flash the ROM, GApps, Magisk, or any other mods like magisk (again, don't report bugs if you can't reproduce them with just ROM and GApps)
- Reboot into the system, and enjoy the illusion!
KNOWN ISSUES:
- Cam2Api causes green tint in third party apps & Breaks MiuiCamera.
Hence,disabled by default. You can enable it manually.
- Turn Off "Enhance lowlight photos automatically" option in MIUI Camera Settings for wierd watermarks in photos.

Reporting Bugs
DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
Include your firmware versions in reports.
Mention any and all Magisk modules you might be using along with the Magisk version
If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

Only the provided lineage recovery will be supported, using TWRP might result in a possible data loss!
Note: You may use Odin instead of Heimdall, for this you will need to rename the recovery image to recovery.img and pack it into a tar archive.
