Hi there.
I'm having issue with call history on watch. When I go to phone app my call history is nearly empty compared to what I can see on my phone. Next to every log on call history on phone there is a "watch symbol". Does the watch filter call history? I cannot find any useful settings there.

Is there anyway to delete the call history (Green call button) on S710?
Delete the call history in Startmenu.
if you want you can delete only one call, or all the call history of a contact
or all call history
it's a good way if you wanna hide a girl friend from your wife
on samsung galaxy tab 6200 when there is a missed call there is a missed call indicator just moments after the call and the the indicator is hidden and can not be seen. so if you want to be sure you have not had missed calls you should watch call logs frequently and it's a pain
is there and option to keep the missed call indicator on the screen
Hi. Try searching out for 'missed call reminders' on Play store. Hope this helps.
Not sure this has been asked before, but I was unable to find anything, so if this has been answered, please direct me to the right thread.
I receive message notifications from Whatsapp on my Gear 2, but nothing when I get a Whatsapp call, only a 'missed call' notification afterwards if I do not answer. I could not find any way to enable this. In fact the same thing happens with Skype, I receive message notifications but no call notifications.
I assume there is nothing that can be done, any ideas?
The Gear 2 Neo doesn't catch the calls directly, neither from What'sApp nor from Skype. The Gear Manager can only catch the after-call notifications when What'sApp and Skype generate them on the phone's Notification bar.
Until these apps support Wearable's from within the apps or at least generate a notification event when calls happen, you will have to live with that .
When I'm screening a call and the caller hangs up, I only have a split second to hit the red button to report it as spam. Does anyone know how to extend the length of time for that button to stay on the screen? I'm assuming that when you hit that button it reports it to Google to gather data, but will log-pressing on a caller in the history and selecting Block/report spam provide the exact same results?
It doesn't happen every time but a few calls have triggered a notification that has a block and report as SPAM button for me. Not sure what causes that to trigger but it isn't happening consistently.
I've used the call screen a few times but the intro text is too long and the calls nearly always end immediately after the bot is finished talking. Neat feature but I think it would actually be more useful for answering calls when you can't talk like in a meeting at work or on a loud bus/train or something.

I usually only use it when the caller ID shows up as "spam likely" and every time, they hang up before the bot finishes. It brings me joy, but I haven't needed to mark as spam because of it.
I did try it a couple times with real callers (a doctor's office and a customer service person), and they both started to identify themselves, allowing me to connect to the call before they hung up. It's GREAT!
Pressing the button only sends a message to the caller to remove you from their list. I'd definitely report/block after the call

Having a bad day today. Recently got word a family member passed. I need to call some people, text (not call) others, and review my call, SMS, and caller ID history for last contact info.
The problem is I have Lineage OS 14.1 (Nougat) on my LG G5 and it keeps automatically dialing numbers when I just click on someone's name, or contact info, etc. when I don't want it to!!! With family issues it's making things very uncomfortable, even when I hang up the call right away. In the past app behavior used to have common sense labels like "call number". Now, depending on the app or screen, clicking on a photo or name can sometimes open more info like history, or the horror of quickly calling a number I do not want to call, and it's made today very very uncomfortable.
I need an app, or hack, to only load the phone number into my dialer and never autodial until I manually press the CALL button in the dialer. This includes contacts, SMS app, caller ID app, everything. Yes it's an extra step but I really need this. Thank you.
EDIT: I think the feature is called Direct Call, & I want to disable it.
