In fact, it's only conceptually similar as both are based on the basic google launcher3 code. However, it provides many more customization options like notification count options, gestures, security options (password or fingerprint protect), gestures, grid-size changer and many more in the pipeline.

Just checked that .. indeed some similarities. Again, that too seems to be based on Launcher3. So bound to have some commanalities.
