Can anyone link me to the official Xioami flash tool? - Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra Questions & Answers

Once the Xiaomi.eu weekly MIUI13 ROM gets one more update, I'm going to try flashing that since I'm stuck on a build from like late 2020 still (I tend to really feel the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" mantra, I always make my phones worse if I try to update while things are working fine, which they have been until recently) of android 10.
Anyway, the only way to recover the phone if the flash goes bad is to use the "official xiaomi tool" and going back to stock. Where is the link to this tool?

Flashing MIUI rom via TWRP without bricking

Hi Guys,
Got my Mi4c unlocked and rooted running cm14 however, when I try and flash an MIUI 8 rom via TWRP the device goes into a bootloop.
I am new to Xiamoi devices (Nexus user) am I missing something? Is there a patch to flash after a rom to prevent bricking?
I'd really like to try MIUI again but don't want to go through the hassle of unbricking my device and reflashing/rooting it.
Many thanks!
p.s Does MIUI 8/CM14 support f2fs?
You have to flash Developer version of the rom which is not out yet. The otherwise-rom package will always lock your bootloader and wont let u access the recovery after (thats why bootloop). CM14 supports F2FS, MIUI8 is still upon the old ext4.
I have the same brick as yours for now and I'm downloading the old 6.12.8 developer version bootloader flashable file to get out of this mess. MIUI is nothing fascinating and they break something with every new update. I'll go back to MOKEE until Android 7 gets stable enough.

Thanks for your reply. That surprises me that there still isn't an miui 8 developer ROM out yet for this device. Probably shall never come in that case.
Good to hear that f2fs is supported by cm14 though. Will certainly be running this once I receive my new cases to replace the girly pink cover my mi4c currently houses

Just flash miui 8 from xiaomi.eu ones. It supports flashing via twrp.

Restore MiMix3 (bought in China) running TWRP/Xiaomi.eu ROM to Official Global ROM

Hi there,
I have a MiMix3 which I bought right after release in Mainland China.
I've run it with Xiaomi.eu ROM MIUI 10 via TWRP since early 2019.
Now I've updated to MIUI 11 (weekly) but have a lot of bugs and issues. I've tried also MIUI 11 (Xiaomi.eu stable) and MIUI 10 (Global stable) but both did not run on my phone but kept stuck in a TWRP boot-loop.
Now I'm again on the weekly build but want to get to get back to a official Global Rom and lock my bootloader to be able to use Google Pay etc.
What is the ideal procedure to do this? Since all other ROMs I tried so far resulted in a TWRP boot-loop I don't know how to proceed now.
Thanks for your advice!

Hi !
First of all, if the phone is China version, you should never relock the bootloader after installing a global version (the phone may brick).
If you just want to to go back to MIUI Global Stable, you have to download the fastboot rom and install it via Xiaomi Flash on your PC.
I think the problem when you tried to install xiaomi.eu stable is your TWRP version. Have you tried to flash another TWRP? I know some people had this problem.
Good luck !

[GM-1910 OP7PRO] Reset everything back to Oxygen OS ( Help:( )

Hey I was experiencing some display issues so I flashed a custom ROM to test / narrow the problem (hardware issue sadly).
—Now I'm not sure how to revert back to completely stock as I've never unlocked the bootloader and worked much with fastboot.
On Samsung's you just download the official stock file, get Odin and put the file into AP, flash, done.
On one plus this is a bit different, first of all there's barely any mentioning of GM-1910 in the MSMDownloaderTool thread(s), I also don't want to have Hydrogen OS.
—My OP7Pro came with Oxygen OS pre-installed, GM1910 "international version" ← def. Chinese with oxygen flashed over it.
*What have you altered so far?*
Unlocked Bootloader/OEM
Flashed TWRP with fastboot
Flashed Havoc 3.0 OS, Magisk, OpenGapps
My perspective on the nature of special relativity.
*What do I want to reset?*
EVERYTHING, ROM, recovery, bootloader, you name it, I don't care about apps and pictures. worth noting I have a One plus Switch Backup, does that help?
Look for the MSM tool... that can reset the phone completely back to stock.

You can use the fastboot ROM or Guac (MSM tool for oxygen OS). Links below:

I am sorry but I am not familiar with Chinese stock ROMs. For some reason, I got the impression that you wanted to restore it to an international version and not the Chinese/HK version. You may want to post a question in the OnePlus community forum or check out their download section for your specific model.

no no I want to restore it to international version, the phone itself is GM1910. should I flash GM21AA file or the global file?
I think I will go with the global file, makes most sense in this moment

GM21AA should be fine. If you decided to use the MSM tool (the one in the first link), hardest part is to get the L2/qualcomm drivers installed on your PC with the method described. Alternatively you can download and install the drivers yourself which will make the job easier. This will LOCK your bootloader and wipe off everything on your phone. You will get a brand new phone running 10.0.3 OS
Easiet way would be to go fastboot ROM route. It will also wipe your phone but won't lock the bootloader. Once installation is complete you could use the adb command to lock the bootloader. It's one extra step but may be much easier IMO. Download the zip file on PC>unzip it>Hit flash all bat file while the phone is connected in the fastboot mode. You may get some error messages regarding header parsing, ignore them and sit tight until your phone boots.
Good luck!!
WORKS NOW! Can confirm this reverts all back to stock (it will revert back to Oxygen OS (OOS) 9.5 so you'll have to update to Android 10 via OTA if you want)
For anyone wondering, I had Android 10 installed before / Havoc 3.0 and the MSMTool will revert you back to Oxygen OS 9.5. Widevine jumped back to L1 so everything should be stock.
If you have any questions, don't wait, I am sure someone out there had the same questions/issue as me and I hope this will help you.

Hey, I have a problem, I re-locked the bootloader, it is currently blocked, but my Widevine status is still L3, can you tell me if you used MsmTool first and then you did relock, or did you block the bootloader first?

Beware of flashing Russian Rom on global/Indian whyred

Hello people i thought i should discuss this thing as it is Important (atleast I think it is)-
I was using miui 11.0.3.0 with orange fox recovery installed (R 10.3 stable). Then i thought to flash Miui 11.0.1.0 Russian whyred Rom (it was arb 4 ROM so no problem in Arb brick). I flashed it via custom recovery and all went good. Now I again went to recovery to flash havoc os (as I was just testing to see if there is any difference in Russian rom)
When i choose havoc recovery package it threw me several errors like error 7, corrupt file. I thought the file was corrupt, so I flashed pixel experience though it gave me same error. Then i thought something is wrong. I put the phone in fastboot mode and started flashing, it gave me hello packet error (means phone was in edl mode and bricked).
I had to open the back panel and use shorting method to revive my phone.
So please don't flash russain rom on global/indian variant.
Thanks

Lol what I told you in PM?? Never ever never flash MIUI ROM IN RECOVERY!!!
Well you learned in hard way
I'm glad that you revived your phone. Do you still have bootloader unlock?? Check it, if not unlock it again! It's easier to revive. Please don't do this again . Always use MI flash tool for flashing MIUI ROMs.
Good luck!

Want to re-flash my Poco X3 India

Hello, I've gone through the forum threads for a short while and I've figured out that most of the posts here are about the NFC version of the Poco X3. The links to download Stock ROM all link to the NFC version. Some posts link MI Flash tool from one website, while others link the tool from another.
I have the Indian version of Poco X3 which has no NFC and I needed some help. My goal is to flash a pure clean stock ROM as if it came out the factory. Reason being some bugs persist through factory resets and I don't like the clutter of OTA, I've always been a clean install kinda person.
1: Proper link to Mi Flash Tool
2: 12.0.10 Link for Stock ROM India (Fastboot).
3: My phone is fully stock and has never been unlocked or rooted... Will fastboot of stock ROM work?
4: Drivers for fastboot.
5: Any other advice.
I may be wrong, but I think you'll find everything you need at the [INDEX]: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/4176491/.
It's too cluttered and focuses mostly on the NFC version. I did go through this post, which is EXACTLY why I stated I've read the forums and still am in need of help.
Can I use Mi Flash tool to reflash the stock fastboot ROM? My bootloader is locked. Or am I forced to use only recovery ROM
What option do I select on the bottom right? Clean and lock?
