Installing cm11 strange issues

i wanted to install a new rom, so - cm11.
i formatted in recovery, formatted data, cache, system, the whole bit.
after succesfull installing cm11, all the system apps from the previous rom are still installed, but not working, and always force closing. whats up with that???
EDIT:
i played around a bit, turns out my old recovery was not doing a proper wipe. so i installed twrp, and voila, no more problems!

[Completed] getting a strange error after flashing CM13. Details inside the post. Please help!

I had CM13 on my Oneplus 3, and saw that there was an update. Turns out it was for CM14 and it wiped out my recovery(after further googling, I found out that it's a known issue - http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/help/boot-recovery-cm14-1-nightly-official-t3497425). So I flashed the custom TWRP recovery from that.
Then I proceeded to flash my last working update of CM13, and the ARM64 6.0 Nano GApps immediately after. I then wiped my dalvic cache and rebooted. It started booting up and the preparing apps screen started loading. But when it finished and I was at the phone setup screen(the screen you get when you first buy a phone and have to choose language, wifi etc), it shows me an error named - "unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped one plus 3 boot"
I looked the error up online and all results are to go into settings and modify google sync settings, or delete gallery cache etc. But I never even get to reach that point to try it. I flashed CM14 and ARM64 7.1 Nano Gapps to see if maybe that would work, but got the same error. Then I downloaded the last snapshot from CM site with their recovery, but same error.
Can anyone please help me?
SOLVED: I wiped everything except Internal Storage from afvanced wipe of TWRP and reflashed CM13 along with Gapps. Now the phone booted up fine and I'll restore my apps using titanium backup.

Bootloot on CrDroid after encryption

Hello,
I require help please, here is my situation:
After trying to encrypt my phone, it immediately rebooted and now it's loop booting.
I still have access to TWRP 3.3.1.1
I try reinstalling the rom by dirty flashing it (it's an old crdroid rom, 5.8) but i still have the same problem.
I really would like to not delete my data, because I have a duo config (2FA) and i realized that for one config, the master key backup that i have is not working.
Thanks a lot
I had to flash the factory rom, and i have an extra backup of my 2FA, so everything fine eventually

Samsung Galaxy S6 [SM-G920F] - Inverted touch (position X only)

Greetings,
I want to ask if there is any solution to fix inverted touch (position X) on screen on my Samsung Galaxy S6 [G920FXXS5EQL1].
With TWRP 3.3.1.0 I made backup of official Samsung Android Nougat 7.0 I have installed on my phone.
Then I wiped Dalvik / ART Cache, Cache, System and Data. Rebooted back to TWRP, downloaded LOS 17.1 UNOFFICIAL ROM and then put it into Internal Storage.
Started flashing this ROM, when flashing was completed I wiped Dalvik / ART Cache, then Rebooted to System. Everything was fine, until Setup screen.
When I clicked on Next, it clicked on Emergency call, I was confused so I restarted back to recovery TWRP but now even in TWRP the touch is inverted, so I wiped
again Dalvik / ART Cache, Cache, System and Data. Rebooted back to recovery TWRP and installed back backup. The problem still persists even on official Samsung Android Nougat 7.0.
Rebooted back to recovery TWRP and wiped Dalvik / ART Cache, Cache, System, Data and Internal Storage. Downloaded and flashed /e/ OS but still, touch on screen is inverted.
I already tried USSD/MMI code *#2663# from this thread on LOS and /e/ but on these ROMs, this doesn't work.
Is there any solution to fix this ?
Thank you
you probably flashed the wrong twrp. You will need to install stock rom and then reinstall touch firmware.
Thanks for advice.
It's already working. The official 3.3.1.0 TWRP for Samsung Galaxy S6 caused this inverted touch.
So I flashed original firware via Odin G920FXXS6ETJ6_G920FOXX6ETI6_G920FXXU6ERF6_HOME.tar.md5 (tried 18 different firmwares, only this one worked)
Reinstalled touch firmware in Samsung Test Menu.
I used this time unofficial twrp-3.5.2_9-0-zeroflte.img via Odin.
Then I flashed /e/ OS via TWRP and everything works like I wanted.

Custom Rom Issues

I tried aosp extended, the play store and its services had some problem, which stuck at 99% and pending infinitely, tried clear data and cache on play store and services, still same, and sometimes crash.
Tried havoc with flameapps, boot loading infinitely, havoc with nikgapps, nikgapps said not enough space storage.
what is happening recently to all these custom roms? nv have problem before, could just flash normally.
and I alredi flashed A11 firmware EEAGlobal_V12.0.8.0.RJGEUXM
and is orangefox only wipe dalvik, cache, data and internal storage? there was no system?
