Changing / Spoofing IMEI and Blocking GPS on Rooted Galaxy S5?

Hello,
Is there a way to Change/Spoof the IMEI of an Rooted Galaxy S5 with Custom Rom installed? And is there a way to completly block Communication or deactivate GPS Software Sided?
@MaxTheMad1611
Edit or change of IMEI is illegal in quite a few of countries. For this reason, XDA doesn't allow and accept discussions about or support for such an edit or change. However, we allow discussions about and support for spoofing of an IMEI. Please limit the content of this thread to this! Thanks for your cooperation. I'm going to monitor the thread and will close it if it derails.

Why don't you bring then the discussion to XDA and attempt to divert people to somewhere else? I've edited your post!
Regarding social media links please observe that as an exemption from the last bullet of rule no. 5 of the XDA Forum Rules, we grant only developers the privilege to share references to their social media in their own development threads and if thorough support is provided in the thread. These conditions obviously don't apply to you. Additional information is also available here:

Why was your Telegram/WhatsApp group/channel thread closed? Well, it's just becoming too much. Going forward, we will only allow only one Telegram/WhatsApp link in a development thread by the ROM developer provided thorough support is still...

I have no horse in this race, but it's a fact that most of the discussion has moved elsewhere. If you think that withholding that information is a good idea, be my guest, but you're only accelerating the downfall of XDA imo

@karkid1 Thread has been closed. Even if you don't promote a paid service your question asks for one, and we don't allow XDA to be a platform to make money.

A short remark as you used the word "Telegram" in your thread's title. Regarding social media links please observe that as an exemption from the last bullet of rule no. 5 of the XDA Forum Rules, we grant only developers the privilege to share references to their social media in their own development threads and if thorough support is provided in the thread. As you also already tried to sell on XDA a few months ago, I suggest that you thoroughly and completely review the forum rules in order to avoid more severe consequences to your account.
