Hello averyone. I have a problem with wackelocks NETLINK-hvdcp_opti and NETLINK-batterysecret. This wakelocks wake 1 million count in 9 hours.
Google don't answer on my question.
Miui 12.5.5 Stable
if you don't see it in battery draining app just leave it.

I have a Mi2S and I'm running the latest stock ROM 4.4.23.
Ever since the 4.4.11 update I've had poor idle battery life.
Before that when I look at my battery usage, as long as I have good signal and the screen is off, the battery level graph is flat.
Now, almost always when my phone is idle, no matter what there is some heavy drain, it was approximately 25% over 12 hours.
I've tried all the MI2S updates since then and they are all having this issue. I have not installed any new apps or changed anything on my current ones.
Attached are some wakelock detector screenshots.
Sometimes 小米服務 has many wake alerts, but sometimes it does not. Weather app is disabled, and autosync is disabled too. Occasionally 小米服務 does not have many wake alerts but that doesn't seem to reduce idle power draw, and I think it had this many wakes before as well.
Also the 3h wakelock app is the music player; the idle drain happened when the music player was off.
Thanks for reading.
Bump...
So I spent a night in airplane mode, and voila! 3% drain over about 12 hours!
I'm still trying to figure out exactly what it is, but whenever I get the chance to I'm going to spend another night in airplane mode with wifi on.
Bump...
There is a nice little utility app called power tutor, which shows you exactly which app drains your device. Maybe the problem isn't rom related...
You can find it on the play store.
Since I updated to KitKat 4.4.4 carbon ROM
I've been facing battery drain while using WiFi mostly not during sleep
I tried doing everything I could to stop it
Disabling Google play services from time to time... Using greenify
Freeing up ram ...battery saving mode
Disabling wake up for apps from app ops
Now I use it for 2 hours and it uses 40 percent of the battery with the lowest brightness though
Please give me suggestions or fixes
Thnx

20% a hour isn't a to drastic drain of battery if your gaming or heavy programs ?
I got extemely good battery life from 4.4.4r1 CARBON ROM was your battery life the same on the previous ROM before you came to CARBOM ROM ?
I would go to the dev section and ask if this is normal for all the issues your are having
So I've been running the O2 OS for several days. Last night I installed GService fix from PS and I started the phone up with 100% battery, about midnight, and I woke up about 5. From 5 - 9/10, about 20-30 minutes data using Google Maps while driving, a few phone calls, checking PS, a little internet. To me the ROM is very light, quick and smooth. I enjoy it much more than the KK stock. It's easy to 'roll your own' and add what you need, as well. It's very easy to flash, particularly clean.
Here are the battery captures from about 6:00 this evening, so about 18 hours after starting the GS fix. As I understand GService, when you reboot, it disables GService and must be restarted. So I will run without GService tomorrow for a while. I have disabled Google Play Services in apps. I have only seen Google Play Services notification pop up a few times in the day, but it does not interfere with getting on PS. Interesting. Maybe I don't understand what it really does. Location was on most of the day, starting about 8 and ending at 6 (now) and Wifi about half the day.
So the phone has been on GService disable since midnight, about 18 hours.
The stats from midnight to 6:00 pm (18 hours)
Brightness on full.
Android OS - keep awake 6 min 14 sec
Google Services - keep awake 9 min 23 sec
Android Services - keep awake 4 min 47 sec
I'll post up some off GService Disable later this week.

Hey, my phone's battery has been differing all the time. It has gone from 4-5hr SOT to 7-8hr SOT to 5-6hr SOT. Right now, I get around 5-6hr SOT, although with android system taking almost as much as the screen according to GSam. Im running Exodus Nightly 4/7/15 with Ak v274 and with the MixMatch V11 profile. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you very much!
These are the screenshots for GSam battery, amplify and Wakelock detector. Also, within settings, Screen is 7%, Android System is 4% and Android OS is 1%.

You can use disable service app to disable Google Play Services like Analytics, SystemUpdateService etc
You privacy manager if it's present in this ROM to disable Wake Up and Keep Awake permissions of most of the apps
Use Greenify/Servicely to disable all background unwanted processes and apps
5-6hr SOT is good enough on Lollipop if you keep all services and data 24hrs ON
Also to get more juice from your device, you can underclock it as AK kernel supports that feature.
Hello everyone, I have a problem with Doze, I wait until 15h, doze does not work! And I can not seem to find what stops it from working !
Up please !
I think you might be reading the information incorrectly. Deep Sleep is doze and it's showing that the phone spent 95% of the 15 hours in that state. For Awake (Screen Off) which is the time that the screen was off but the phone wasn't in doze mode, you're showing just 3%. During the 15 hours the phone was on the battery dropped just 12%, less than 1% an hour.
Those are very good numbers. You don't have a problem here.
