What error does flashtool give? We are not mind readers.
I flash a stock rom in my xpeira M5 and after that the device is asking for and network unlock pim and my xperia is a unlocked phone. what i can do?

If your bootloader is unlocked, you can't use Xperia Companion for flashing.
Its locked but i installed 7.0 by flashtool
