I am compiling Pure AOSP 10 for POCO F1(Beryllium). Should i clone only device trees and vendor?? is there any things i am missing?
and what option should i select in Lunch command because there is no Device specific option. pls tell me a solution

of KitKat in git format, the github of razrqcom-dev-team only have source of CyanogenMod 11, the sources of cm 11 doesn't work with the ROM i'm doing. Please Help

Hello people I wanted to help make a custom ROM CyanogenMod for my galaxy trend lite (duos).
I already have the source 12.1 and the sources of my device, and when I try to compile my terminal displays an error saying that I do not have the sources of my device
Note: I put in the right folders
I wanted a help to you I compile my custom rom for my device
Sometime after I exclude the source of CyanogenMod and when I went down again in the terminal lock 99%.
I am thinking it was the sourcefui try to download the source of (AOKP) but also of the same error
I am grateful for the responses
i have made working device tree (5.1.1) and kernel for GT-S7392 i may help you

actually i am from mtk background and only familiar in porting Rom but i got a Mi Max this time and i planned to contribute to that device i got to know that its an open source device so i compiled lineage OS and resurrection remix
mi max or hydrogen is an official device so that wasn't a hard task for me but now i want to compile for some aosp based Rom like unofficial Rom here is what i did in Dirty Unicorns
1.cloned DU sources android N based
2.cloned hydrogen kernel to Kernel/xiaomi/msm8956
3.cloned hydrogen device tree to device xiaomi/hydrogen
4.cloned hydrogen device tree to device xiaomi/msm8956-common
5.renamed linage.mk to du.mk
6.changed in AndroidProduct.mk to du.mk
7.cloned vendors to vendor/xiaomi/hydrogen
8.added lunch combo in vendorsetup.sh
9.i dont know anything about caf but still i cloned all of them media audio ril and others
what else is needed to be done to startup ? can you guys tell me

Hey everyone, i was just building for experimental purposes (Galaxy note 3 exynos), and I'm a noob, i have synched the lineage sources(in line folder), device tree, kernel sources, vendor_ha3g, vendor_samsung so please can you tell me in which folder do i have to place all these like device tree, kernel sources etc and when building what is the name of the device which is to be written in the command (brunch ???) Or (breakfast ????) Please help me out.

So, I am looking to compile aosp 11 roms for on7xelte as there arent any here as far as I know. But i need a android 11 device tree and my tech skills aren't advanced enough to create my own. I have seen astrakos device tree, but it is only for android 10 and the build fails due to missing fmt/chrono.h . Does anyone know how to fix this error or has someone made android 11 device tree for on7xelte .

You can flash a GSI with H vendor and modify the GSI to make everything work rather than compiling a ROM.

I would but it has too many bugs,namely wakeup delay and random reboots and i also want to do someothing for this community.

Anyway I use j7 2017 and these problems are fixed for J7 2017 but not for J7 Prime :（ but now my J7 2017 is stable
