Hello,
since some days I have the Mekede m500s in my car (Citroen C5 III) installed.
So far so good it's a fast device but with some problems.
One of the main reasons I boughted a Android head unit is to use IGO navigation.
I use IGO for around 10 yeasr on my smart phones and love it.
I installed IGO on my mekede, but I haven no sound from IGO.
Has someone any idea?
This software version is installed: 2021-12-07_System_1638860547
These FYT units have a setting for the navigation program. Did you set it to iGo?
Yes, I set it and also in the smaller launcher window.
IGO works fine, but no sound.
I just installed the VocalizerEx2 engine and set it in the android setting, but no change.
Have someone IGO runing at the Mekede?
I have solved the problem.
At the 4pda forum I found a IGO version for the UIS7862.
Головные устройства Unisoc на процессоре UIS7862 / SC9863a (UIS8581A) Android 10 - 4PDA

Is from Yoying.
It workks, the sound works with the radio and dab+ app.
The skin I don't like so much, have to play a bit with it.

Google TV runs on standard x86 architecture (Logitech Revue is an Atom CPU)
and as Revue firmware is available, I'd like to know if no one ever tried to hack this firmware to run it on a standard computer ?
I guess there's some security checks but XDA members are good at bypassing it
Also Android x86 could help, like chrooting the Revue file-system ?
I've been looking for over a month for a quad core Avdroid Tv stick or Box with an integrated DVB-T receiver but there is none on the market!
There lot's single and dual cores out there but if you want something more high end then you're out of luck!
Is there a way for an
Android TV box/Stick (exaple: K-R42 Quad Core Google Android 4.2.2 RK3188)
to support
a simple DVB-T dongle/stick/thingy? (example: Geniatech PT115m)
or just any kind of tuner?
Since there are lot's of tv tuner sticks out there for android tablets its logical that they could work on an android tv box or stick.
I'd be more than grateful if someone has the resources to test this out and share the results.
What are the compatible hardware?
How responsive actually is (if so working) tv browsing?
How about remote control, PVR, Timeshift, etc support?
Which app does this work with?
(Sorry for not posting links)
I've been searching the forum for a few hours and cannot find anything. Here is the link

Hello.
I drive a Lexus NX300h luxury.
As other cars of Toyota Lexus group, this car has a MirrorLink interface, according the manufacturer's specifications, certified only with an old Galaxy S3 i9300 with android 4.3 with MirrorLink 1.0.
The Toyota Lexus Group has decided not to upgrade its MirrorLink interface from 1.0 to 1.1 for reasons I do not know.
It would be very useful to me as to many other users of the group's car Toyota Lexus an app that allows you to emulate an Android device like a Samsung Galaxy S3 with MirrorLink 1.0 in order to be interfaced with the info-entertainment system in the car.
Should be possible to do ?
I don't know.
But if it is possible it will be really useful for a lot of owners of Toyota Lexus cars.
Thanks a lot.
Best regards.
