Hi, the problem i have is when i call someone or someone calls me we can talk for a few minutes then i can hear the caller but apparentley he can't hear me then after about 20secs i get the call ended message, this is the 2nd new phone i've had with the same problem,the sim card was replaced with new on both phones.It's running the latest update. Also i'm with vodafone uk.

I appologize if there is already a thread for this issue, feel free to point me in the right direction.
I am having random issue where my phone does not receive calls for about a ten minute block of time. The phone will show full bars and I can make outgoing calls, but people can try to call me repeatedly and my phone will not ring and shows no missed calles. I have tried several ROMs of various versions, and I tried updating the radio.
I'm using TAEL v3.28011 Sense edition.
Radio Version: 1.17.25.09
I hope someone has seen this before and can tell me how to fix it. My wife gets really upset when she has to call me for 15 minutes straight before getting through.

It is likely a worn, dirty, or loose sim card. It will show signal while not receiving calls.
Interesting suggestion... I used to have a Motorola Razr. Every now and then it would say "Insert SIM Card". I suppose this could be the problem...
Any suggestion on fixing it? Do wireless providers give any service on SIM cards?
So about 3 days ago my Inspire randomly stopped receiving incoming calls/texts, callers ring out to voicemail and I have no idea anyone has called. Talked with AT&T tech support and found out there are no problems on their end. Also, incoming calls/texts will be received during outgoing calls I make (apparently the calls are routed differently for call waiting). I've tried deleting apps i've downloaded recently and even a factory data reset, still with no luck. If anyone has any idea what could be causing this problem, I would really appreciate any help you could offer. Thanks!

I am having same problem, randomly not receiving calls if the caller leaves a VM I generally get it later. sometimes my wife will call me on home phone and tell me my cell is not ringing and if I try to call myself it works about half the time, no idea what is causing this.
I bought brand new Samsung Nexus S and deal with problem, sometimes telephone is not ringing when incoming call, sometimes ringing only 1time, also vibration sometimes didnt work when incoming call. Can U help me, do you have similar experience? Thanx
well problem solved, android didnt cooperated with old SIM card, I chanded it and it works good.

I bought a mi mix 2s some time ago and it's currently running the china rom because I can't unlock the bootloader the next 10 days.
First of all I can call other people and I can use mobile data. Also I'm able to receive calls if the sim is in my old oneplus one.
Now to my problem:
Today I realized that there must be a problem if someone calls me but I couldn't really figure out under what circumstances the issue appears.
However, I could figure out the following:
If I'm on wifi calls work most of the time
If I'm on 4g I don't receive calls most of the time
If I'm on H+ I receive calls most of the time
If the phone is locked I either get the call or the mailbox answers
If I don't get the call there are two things that happen on the phone that is calling me:
If it's a samsung theres just one loud beep and the call ends
If it's a LG there are fast beeps (similar like if the phone is busy)

EDIT: Just figured out that the problem is that the phone takes too long to switch from 4g to 3g since VoLTE is not supported by my carrier... Found some guys in a forum who complained about the same problem but with a oneplus phone... I'm still open for any ideas that could fix that Maybe someone from germany here who uses O2/Eplus network and got the same problem?

Has someone had problems with not receiving all phone calls on SIM 2?
My operator supplies an app called Elisa Ring. From this software I get pre-notifications 2-3 seconds before the call starts ringing. Basically it notifies through internet almost immediately when the caller presses the call button.
From this softwares call log I can see that many people have tried to call me but none of those have ringed and are not shown in the phones call log. This means basically that the SIM has not been ready to receive a call.
Today I tested this with my colleague at work. He called 5 times and it went always voice mail. 6th call got through and two test calls after that. Suprising was that on the calls that connected, it took a looong time before the phone started ringing.
Some calls get through but not 100% is not acceptable.
I did not have this problem with OP5 and I have the same apps now installed on my OP7P.
