PSA: has come to my attention that another developer is eager to port LineageOS to this device, so, since he is so eager to do it I guess I will discontinue my development since there is no point anymore. However, I will continue working on my personal fork. Thanks everybody for understanding.

I dont know, i didnt try that zip, i just watch on 4pda forum, what i give link, they said to install that zip if rom doesnt boot.

The guide clearly states that you have to do a full wipe. Keep in mind that it's a best practice to make a nand backup before and saving it on a computer.

Good timing. I just updated OP. Now the rom boots completely without issues. Still a couple of features to fix but much better than before.
Can you Upload to androidfilehost or something similar.

Androidfilehost requires a monthly fee. So, for now this is the most simple free solution to share the rom. Later I will probably load it to mega.

for those who don't know our community at MIUI.it, let me spend few words to introcude us.
We starded working on MIUI ROM modding and translation since the very beginning, in 2010, and our journey begun exactly here on XDA Forum. We had a very long path, starting from this forum we collect a large group of "MIUI enthusiast" on an italian tech forum and finally we opened our website MIUI.it and we created the first Xiaomi Community in Italy. Our community as been appointed by Xiaomi as official MIUI Fansite for Italy and our work, always close to this brand, became even closer when Xiaomi approached our Country officially in 2018. At that time our team has been involved in official platform betatesting, and still today is taking care of moderation and other activities like Mi Fan Club, etc.
Well, isn't very easy to squeez 9 years of activity in few lines so, if you wanna know more come over at MIUI.it, because now it's time to talk about EasyROM!

What's in MIUI.it EasyROM
- MIUI ROM on official Global Stable base (multilanguage)
- ROOT permission installed
- Valid Google Play certification even with unlocked bootloader
- More system speed thank to .odex apks (compared to usual deodexed custom ROM, due to a lighter impact on cache, which result in more speed)
- More GAPPS compatibility
- Removed all Google and Xiaomi bloatware
- Decrypted Data partition
- MIUI Theme store activated
Requirements
- Flash ROM FASTBOOT GLOBAL STABLE download
- Flash TWRP recovery download (in case of boot issue please report a TWRP log on our Telegran support group)
- MIUI.it EasyROM DOWNLOAD HERE
Installation
1. Clean installation by flash of ROM FASTBOOT GLOBAL (will delete ALL data from your phone)
2. Install TWRP via fastboot
3. Perform a "format data" from TWRP (mandatory)
4. Perform a wipe cache, dalvik and data
5. Install MIUI.it EasyROM from recovery
WARNING: backup all your data (file, foto, video, contacts etc.), on local drive or cloud. MIUI.it and its staff won't be responsible for any damage, hardware and/or software malfunction or any data loss.

Hi Angyone1 if we added all the features of xiaomi.eu on our rom what would differentiate us from them? nothing! The aim of EasyROM and to offer maximum stability, performance and battery life, we have integrated magisk which with which the user can personalize his smartphone as he sees fit, through the modules he deems necessary for his own use. If you need additional features not natively present in the ROM, you can add what it needs via magisk. Thanks for understanding.

I think this is kinda scam or something. All they do is asking about donations. And maybe the telegram kinks should be deleted. I joined the group and tried to communicate with them and all I got is flame, bad behavior and yet, asked to donate. I think the mods should delete the links to telegram and investigate if there is really a rom or just scam project from poor people trying to get some money from people on XDA.
Doing it this way, I think really kills the spirit of the XDA. Also, I notice when somebody don't speak their language, they don't give any support or information. Very disrespectful behavior. Seems like also the guy who build some los rom managing the project. I think people should stay always from this rom, there may be some spyware or adware inside. Sharing also a lot of warez on their channel, which is tottaly against the rules of XDA.
And one more...They think if you don't speak their language can insult you. Very disrespectful and ugly behavior.
However, if I somehow braking the rules by writing those post, I will take the consequence. But I think I had to throw some light on this case.

Nevermind, the familiar developer Alexis port his rom to our device. He is trustworthy and I think is safe to try his rom. Everyone who want to try some s20 goodies.

Install instructions
* Always make sure to flash latest OxygenOS to each slot before installing this ROM!
* Flashing via fastbootd is recommended for now. Although a TWRP is available, it is closed source and therefore in violation of the TWRP GPLv3 license and we therefore cannot link to it here. OTA zips and fastbootd zips will be provided.
1. Set up adb and fastboot on your computer with the latest zip from google. Get them here
2. Ensure your device is upgraded to the latest OxygenOS. We recommend flashing latest to both slots before proceeding.
3. Reboot to bootloader

4. Ensure your bootloader is unlocked. This can be done with

You'll need to confirm on device. T-Mobile users have to obtain the unlock from T-Mobile first.
5. Now this is the different part with Android 10. If you choose to use the non-official TWRP, you may flash the OTA zip as usual. Otherwise assuming the ROM fastbootd zip is in the same location as your prompt:

6. Reboot and enjoy! Never flash magisk on first reboot as this can cause issues. Always boot at least once.

Reporting bugs:
- To report a bug, clean flash is MANDATORY.

Going through the commit history was showing further more. I mean, I have heard many devs saying cherry-picking is the easiest, still people don't want to ?
Moderators, the entire of our work has been used without any notice or permission or anything. Here I mean entire of the work of Team Xtended and we object to it.

You have absolutely no right to say this. We have violated no license, and have given all proper authorship and credits. In addition, while it is most certainly true we have based our rom on MSM-Xtended (and have never once denied it!), we have added a smattering of new features and unbroken things they have broken on our supported devices.
Kindly do not make exaggerated accusations, and if you have something to say, let's discuss it in private, not taking to public forums to complain about someone using your work. Personally if someone based off my work, I'd be complimented
