Question How do change back to Android 11? - Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro

Hello there,
I installed the ArrowOS ROM with Android 12 and I want to change back to Android 11.
How can I do this? Does TWRP even support Android 12? Do I have to wait for Android 12 support?
EDIT: @astronomy2021 already asked this question and I think I have the awnser.

Is it possible to update Android version?

Dear XDA Community,
Sorry, this is probably a newbie question, but is it possible to update Android version when running a custom ROM such as Pixel Experience? To be more specific, I am still running MIUI on my Pocophone F1 and I am looking to flash something different soon, but I have noticed that there is a Beta version out for PE to be run on Android 11. The question is how do I upgrade if I am running Android 10 and the developers have not yet sent an update out? Who knows whether there will be an option to upgrade to Android 11 if Pocophone X2 is their priority now. Thank you in advance.
Hello mate,
Hopefully I have read your question correctly.
If a custom ROM is released for Android 11 you won't need the official system to be 11 first as the ROM itself will be built from/based on 11 so it will update your system accordingly when flashed.
Example, Nexus 5x ended official support on Android 8 but custom ROM builds took it to 9 and now 10.
As long as you follow the flashing instructions supplied by the ROM of choice you should be golden.
Hope that makes sense

There will not be anymore updates to your device if you choose to stay on Android 10.
If you are lucky and can stay on 10 Don't update, Android 11 has so many issues for us (2 Phones here) and we are not the only ones having problems.
If you really want to update to 11 i'd wait till these issues get fixed. If Ever.

Anything to do to update to Android 12 Upon Release?

I have my pixel 4a rooted, that's it. no roms or anything. When the files are released from google for android 12, can I just flash like I did the rooted version of android 11? Would it be worth it to wait for a rooted version of android 12 (ie any ETA for how long until someone roots it?). And does anyone know if there will be a few android 12 based roms coming to our phones? Thanks everyone.

To switch from existing Android 10 to Android 11 you need to upgrade phone's ROM what requires to flash a Custom ROM based on Android 11 that is suitable to your phone.

Updating from android 11 to 12 with custom recovery

hey i cant seem to find any answers about this on the internet and i have no idea on which forum should i post this on my choices were the xiaomi.eu, orangefox but i have choose to reffer to you guys and i hope to meet some nice people. Im using a redmi note 9 pro (joyeuse) with the latest xiaomi eu rom
running android 11 with OrangeFox recovery. and this phone is about to get (its not out yet) its android 12 update. i need help updating it because i don't want to brick my phone. Also the reason why im not posting this in my phone's dedicated forum is becase the story should be the same for all the other people updating from android 11 to 12
So i have no idea if the version of orangefox recovery that i have supports android 12 (im running R11.1_2 STABLE) the website mentions nothing about either android support. there is also a BETA version of OrangeFox for my phone which is R11.1_3_4_A12_FBEv2 in the notes of this BETA version it says "This is an (FBEv2) Android 12 (and higher) only release. Do NOT use with Android 11 or earlier"
now lets say that the miui 13 update with android 12 is out. what do i do then if i want to update? more specificly in which order should i update the phone? should i first update my recovery and then the rom? or in reverse? or is there a way to update them both at the same time? there is also a possibility that by the time the miui 13 update comes out OrangeFox might come out with a new stable version that will support both android 11 and 12 at the same time so that will completely eliminate my problem.
Moving from Android 11 to Android 12 is UPGRADING, not updating what simply patches existing Android 11.
