Probably when you flashed the firmware through fastboot you have overwritten the files in there. As your bootloader is unlocked the better would be to flash a custom recovery on it and then pull all the files you want.

Hi SubwayChamp,
Good Day. Yea - i do agree your point of view, First of all thanks for your reply.
I flash my ROM previously on this device too , after complete the flash it working well.
Before i flash the ROM , the device perform auto upgrade but half way no battery & it force to shut down , after reopen it stuck at MI logo so without any choice i only choose to flash the ROM.
Actually i am not so expert on android ROM, by the way what is different between custom recovery vs those i got from XiaoMi official ROM ?
Mind tell me more on how to fix it please ?
Thank you

To know which direction to take, first we have to know how exactly you flashed the ROM you mentioned, which ROM was and through which tool.
Hi SubwayChamp,
Good Day. thanks for your reply.
I using official xiaomi - MiFlash as the tools to reflash the ROM.
ROM that i use - ferrari_global_images_6.7.5_20160523.0000.23_5.0_global
You may find attached Flash Log as reference.
Hope you can give me some good idea to resolve this issue.

I saw in your other thread flashing process took only 94s, if it is the case then it's not flashing properly.
From the three options that's above on the tool, don't remember to use only the option format data, not relock bootloader or try to keep your data. (picture of reference)

And also in case you used fastboot to flash your device, I recommend you try through EDL mode

Hi SubwayChamp,
Thanks for prompt reply.
I think what you mentioned make sense - it's not flashing properly.
My Question
================
1) Related with Option to Flash
I am using save user data option at this moment.
But the option you suggest clean all & Lock will clear all my existing Picture or File from this mobile right?
2) Related your recommendation EDL mode
I don't think i able go others mode except Fastboot now because whenever my mobile open it's in Fastboot only.
Sorry to say actually study computing but i am newbie in all these , i don't even know what's EDL mode.
Thanks for your input.

Not the option Clean all & Lock because this will lead your hopes even far distant, a locked device with Qualcomm only can be flashed through EDL mode, fastboot mode will be impossible if you relock bootloader. I suggested using the option Format data because WHEN the flashing is successful one of the things that avoid the device to boot normally is the old data that it is still there. Anyway, this won't make difference while you don't get the tool to flash properly.

Some Xiaomi devices, while bootloader is unlocked can be sent to EDL mode using hardware buttons, with device off pressing the both volume buttons at exactly the same time you connect your device to PC, in case this method doesn't work you should need to use "the test point method" is a way slightly difficult to get it but... to flash through EDL mode you need to install the Qualcomm 9008 USB drivers https://www.thecustomdroid.com/qualcomm-hs-usb-qdloader-9008-drivers/
And if you want to keep trying in fastboot mode, you could switch to other Mi Flash tool versions if it makes difference. Always is better to move all your firmware to the same directory where Mi Flash tool is, also avoid all the spaces in the path/name.

I saw this question somewhere else but didn't see an answer - rumor that the Atom will have a Walkie-Talkie feature? And what the range would be? I assume if it is not using cellular the range would be fairly short - probably half mile or less but still would consider it a very neat feature.
I've seen some Apps that claim to use Wifi to directly talk to another phone with the same App on Wifi but never had much luck with that when I tried it. Range would likely be limited to a hundred feet or so.
---------- Post added at 01:17 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:11 PM ----------
Considering how the Atom has some fairly high end specs (Octa core, 4GB Ram, 64GB ROM) it would be nice to have a subforum for Unihertz.

I haven't seen anything about that.
Walkie-talkie (s) can have a range of 2 maybe 5 miles without requiring a license (USA) then up to 10 miles.

Hi,
I just received my ATOM via KickStarter!
It's done very well, comfortably fit in my hands. If I could make it rooted, I would play more..
Got mine yesterday, haven't set it up yet.

Anybody know how to root an Atom?
Got it yesterday. Cool. Real improvmet to Jelly-Pro:
- Enough CPU-Power
- Big enough battery
- Fingerprint-Reader
- Auto-Brightness
--> BUT: I need root-acces - Has anybody rooted an Atom yet?

Try:
1. Extract Atom's boot.img using SP Flash Tool.
2. Copy the extracted boot.img to an android device.
3. Install Magisk Manager (apk) to the same android device.
4. Patch the boot.img using Magisk Manager.
5. Flash the patched boot.img to Atom using SP Flash Tool.
I thought the SP flash tool needed root access to run? I don't have root yet.
I have the atom, adb/flashboot working, I can unlock and lock the bootloader - I just need either a custom recovery for it or the ability to download the stock recovery/os images.

No, you don't need root to use SP Flash Tool.
You can extract an entire ROM with it. No need to wait for anyone to give you the stock recovery or boot.

Bricked
I tried to flash a "generic" MTK TWRP recovery.
Booting with Volume-Down didn't boot into TWRP but into normal "Factory-Mode".
Android started normally, after a while tried to reset to factory settings (vie Andoroid-Settings).
It rebooted and went dark.
Nothing happens any more, I can press any buttons (or combination of buttons), even for a very long time, but it stays "off".
Anybody has any ideas?

I tried to get the stock rom from the phone (before I bricked it): I tried for about 5 hours to get MTK Droid Tools to recognize my phone. But it stubbornly will not find the device. I tried multiple VCOM- and USB-Drivers, even installed PdaNet for the drivers, used a freshly set up Windows 10 for each try, but I didn't succeed. -> ADB & Fastboot of MinimalADB worked just fine.
So I was very frustrated and justed hoped that all will be good. But, suprise, not all was good...
So has anybody a stock rom for me?

Ask Unihertz. They sure have one and they gave stock rom to Jelly users who bricked their jellies. Just ask.

VD171,
first of all, had I not seen your's and @Communos ' posts on unbricking Merlin (and ) I would probably give up and feel quite sad for doing so. So, thank you both for giving me hope.
I am asking for help at this point because I'm a wee bit stuck with SPTool.
Background: from 12.0.6 MIXM I flashed TWRP (sandra), lk, and vbmeta with flags, as I have always done so. TWRP functioned as expected. Proceeded with flashing HyconOS. Restart, power button reset after Redmi logo. Bootloop. Repeat with 12.0.5 stock MIUI (MIXM) using fastboot method, followed by Fastboot: lk, vbmeta, TWRP; reboot. Now this is interesting. The device will not come alive to any combination of button presses I have used.
Question 1: at this point would you say the device is unrepairable?
Question 2: if there is hope, could I please ask for you help? I can donate some money to you for your time. I really am motivated to get my phone working again because apart from the loss of 48 MP camera functionality with custom roms, it worked brilliantly; unlike MIUI which kept restarting AFWALL and therefore could not be trusted, hence the need to revist a custom rom.
SPTool
------------
Here's where I am stuck:
This is with using Manjaro. Same result with Windows.
All files were sourced from your instructions.
Where I have falled short of following your instructions to the letter is with your settings in "Options" because you mentioned unchecking two boxes which do not exist - see below.
That was with v5.1916. I have installed v6.2120 and v6.2124 but the box for inputting the scatter-loading file under the downloads tab is missing. So, as you can see I'm stuck at this point.
Help would be greatly appreciated sirs. Thank you..

If your device looks dead, certainly you have mixed partitions from different firmware versions.
Firstly, you need to try everything to flash any full stock rom.
And then, you can have your device back.
SP Flash Tool V6 is NOT compatible with scatter files.

Just flash the full stock miui again using spflashtool.
Thank you for your insight. I am well aware I need to flash MiUI.
Hello, i want to flash my Xiaomi MI Note 10 using SP FLASH TOOL.
I rode @VD171 tutorial carefully and also rode this post : https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...for-merlin-redmi-note-9-redmi-10x-4g.4233977/ on how to flash Redmi note 9 and redmi 10X.
I'm trying to find if the MI note 10 require a Download agent file but i didn't manage to have a precise answer. I have two questions which are : can i use the MTK_ALLInOne_DA.bin as DL file for flashing a MI note 10 device ? or which DL file should i use ? And is it the same process than it is for flashing Redmi note 9 ? Last question is what is "MERLIN" device ?
Thank you for taking time to read me and answer.

Apparentely, MI NOTE 10 is NOT a mediatek device, so you can't use sp flash tool.
MERLIN is the codename of the combination of the devices: redmi note 9 and redmi 10X 4G.
The codename of MI NOTE 10 is TUCANA.
TUCANA is the codename of the combination of the devices: Mi CC 9 Pro, Mi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro.

I really am motivated to get my phone working again because apart from the loss of 48 MP camera functionality with custom roms, it worked brilliantly; unlike MIUI which kept restarting AFWALL and therefore could not be trusted, hence the need to revist a custom rom.

Thank you..

I faced this as well, when I didn't change BAUD rate and usb mode to UART in connection settings. Did you do it?

Yes I did. Got to 100% progress but spft just hung. Probably shouldn't have but I pulled the USB in the end. Might be toast.
Looks promising!
Identifies device.
Wants me to format though...hmm would rather not.
Any suggestions guys?

NEVER try to flash in format all mode.
You have two options:
1# Flash using FIRMWARE UPGRADE mode. (Keep attention, it will relock bootloader and erase userdata.)
2# Flash using another scatter file with the same partition table:
[SCATTER][FLASH] Scatter file for flashing using flash tool to MERLIN (Xiaomi Redmi 10X 4G / Xiaomi Redmi Note 9)

I think you're the only one person who tries to make a ROM for the Redmi Note 9. Im stuck with this phone for so long and I hate the MIUI, especially when the phone got bricked just by updating the MIUI to 12.0.9. I sent it back to the shop but they just made it worse, they installed a ROM version for the Redmi Note 9 Pro, I don't wonder why the half of the functions are not working. Shame on them. How can I literally BACK UP everything from the phone that after unlocking the bootloader and flashing the Arrow OS or other ROM I could restore everything on it? I mean all the APKs (and their data).

Hi everyone,
Recently I purchased and Samsung A11. I wanted to root it and unlocked the bootloader first. Than I used Odin to install TRWP recovery. Odin showed "PASS" and I was supposed to press certain buttons which didn't work. Phone kept coming back to "Download Mode" although I pressed those buttons. So I was stuck. The only option was to cancel the download mode, so I pressed volume down + power button for more than 7 seconds. That was the end Now the phone turns on until I see the Samsung logo, there's a small vibration but it can't go forward. It resets back and now stuck in a loop. None of the buttons work including Volume Down+Power combination. Don't know what I am supposed to do now. Can anybody help?
Thanks...
1. Add Samsung A11 to this thread's title thus mainly owners of such a phone get addressed
2. My recommendation: Re-flash STOCK ROM to get rid off of all mods you applied.

As I can see you are proud owner of a softbricked phone.
Take it to authorized service center and let them fix it.

Yeah, veeeery proud
I plan to let it die on battery and will try to see if I can turn on "Download Mode" after recharging. Do you think it may work?

it wouldn't ... usually the cause of bootloop is certain corrupted partition and as long as that partition is corrupted it would keep bootlooping.
if you doesn't know what your doing your best bet is Take it to authorized service center and let them fix it. like what @jwoubeir said
I don't have the A11 model but have used this on other A models that were in the same loop.
Press the volume up and down at the sametime and plug in the usb cable.
This has to be done within a second or two after it vibrates and before it reboots and will likely take a few tries. Good Luck

great tip work on ADB too anyway OP is provably using sp flashtool since his phone is samsung so this method would be rather tricky
Yayy, I managed to get into the "Download mode" doing exactly how @sammiev told and I tried flashing another TRWP file thinking that might have caused the problem but nothing has changed. Same loop again ! So I flashed the original ROM back using Odin and it's back live again Thanks for the help guys. But to be honest, I am still curious. What might be the problem in not getting TRWP flashing going right?

Used that method of a few peoples Samsung phones. Worked for me every time. It's just to get the timing right.
Sure you have the correct TWRP?

I tried again from scratch with a new TRWP file and the result is the same. Odin shows "PASS" but the "Download Mode" screen gives the error as in the photo:

The version I used is "twrp-3.5.0_10-3_afaneh92-a11q.tar"
I also tried rooting with Magisk without the need of TRWP installation. That was also unsuccesfull. Odin was PASS but I got bootloader screen saying Secure Check Fail : vbmeta
Here's the screenshot of Magisk fail in "Download Mode"
Can't figure out what's wrong ...
Have you flashed the latest stock rom to this device?
Was there other TWRP files for this model?
Is other people having trouble with this model?
I never worked on A11 Samsung yet
I would hate to give you bad info and have you brick your phone.

Following your advice, I managed to get into the Download Mode and I flashed the original rom. So phone is up and running now but not rooted. So I've been trying to root again first with Magisk to bypass the need of TRWP installation and with others which need TRWP installation first. There seems to be something blocking the flashing of anything other than the original rom !! On the link I shared above, there are other (older version) TRWP files. Shall I try them?

Usually the latest TWRP with the latest firmware.
Check my profile, your KG stated is ****ed. There is nothing you can do about it, there is abosulutly no way to fix this without unsoldering the eMMC and resetting it entirely. Some people on 4PDA had the same problem and found no fix. I was hopping to develop a custom rom but I cant as my kg state is prenormal. This mexican dude on youtube fixes devices with KG and FRP issues, but yeah this aint something that you can do at home. At least I learned not to buy any samsung devices in the future https://www.youtube.com/c/TeamOcmineMMCBootRepair
edit: nvm your oem is unlocked, you can just flash the vbmeta reset script via odia and everything should flash fine.
Update:
My phone was not recognized by the computer since the usb flex was broken, the data lines did not work, but the charging lines did.
Watch this video for a solution:
Hello!.
I'm going to show you how to make any phone unusable, like I did with my Sony experia m4 aqua!
Step 1: Unlock the bootloader.
Step 2: Install a corrupt custom rom.
Step 3: To mess things up even more, go to your twrp recovery and wipe everything (even internal memory!).
Step 4: Enjoy your new expensive paperweight!

I'm no pros, but as far as I know, your phone can still access TWRP and can still read sd card. Why don't you try flashing a rom by sd card?
Much simple and dangerous:
adb reboot bootloader
"unlock bootloader"
fastboot erase abl
fastboot -w
fastboot reboot

Not really, I can't access twrp, because I inadvertently wiped the internal storage, next to that was twrp, so I don't have a custom recovery, not even the stock one.

I think that is one of the only solutions I have, since my computer does not recognize my phone, and I also have no way to enter a custom recovery.
I investigated some of the test point, but I don't know if my device supports it and if there is someone in my city who wants or has the tools to do it, I was directly thinking of changing the mother for a broken screen phone, but there isn't even that. .
In this post I talk about that, but do not clarify any doubts

Here is a toolkit of several tools ive collected and put together for the A12 in a single pack to help see through all the clutter and chaos of this forum, i have an A125U (converterd to a-125w) so thats all i can confirm working 100% but im 99% sure the methods will work for any mediatek version of this phone just make sure to use your correct firmware
the tools included will allow you to :
Enable OEM Unlock +Unlock the Bootloader
Create Scatter Firmware
Unbrick your device if stuck in Brom/Da mode
Root Your Device / Install TWRP
Enter Brom Mode
and more
All instructions are included inside the main folder of tools, seriously... and i mean seriously...please read the 3 or 4 different guides/methods to see which ones you actually need to do. Some are not needed depending on your end goal. I spent a month making every error possible and testing things so you dont have to so save yourself the trouble and read through
Ill do my best to answer any questions or issues you might have but please...please use your eyeballs and google.. i really dont want to have to answer questions like "how flash magisk" etc. Google is there.. it is your friend , use it. XD

Apologies for the stupid question, but this part:
**Follow the instructions Provided by A125U Root bit 3 by FixMX file to actually unlock the bootloader and root the device**
don't seem to be included in the zip file, unless I'm a buffoon and didn't notice them.
Is a FixMX a user who already wrote a guide for this? I just need to unlock the bootloader and then I can follow basic directions from there to get what I need.

I have no idea which directions your directions your talking about the only ones I wrote are the ones in the main folder , probably with a bunch of exclamations. I can't remember and don't have the file with me right now but as far as unlocking the bootloader you just need to get the phone to accept different firmware.
