I want an app that I could create a shortcut on the homescreen to immediately launch to "Phone Storage".
This is just an example. What i'm truly trying to accomplish on a Droid X is:

I tried "Extended Controls Widget" but that doesn't seem to have the option to create a shortcut to do that.

Nevermind, I found in ADW where to do this. You add a shortcut and choose ADW Activity.
How to disable notifications of "Time to get moving", "Well done", "You have achieved 6000 steps", etc.. on the watch. I cannot find any to disable them with the watch itself or the apps.

You can also turn off Water target / caffeine target / Auto HR (heart rate) in Settings, plus other stuff to do with Samsung Health.

Hey mate, I foubnd the lg package disabler and installed it.
But the problem is that it requires the LG service plugin to work, and for some reason I can't install it. I get to the APK install page of the LG service app but the install butoon is not highlited.
I don't even have a quarter of what you have showing on my list.
I think you have some apps like lux auto brightness.

DON'T DELETE THE "com.lge.suiwidget". It is may bricking the Settings App of phone. Here is the link:

Ugh
So I finally did the Oreo update today and this is killing me. Something I'm uninstalling is giving me a constant "Unfortunately, Second Screen has stopped" crash that I have to click "Close app" on multiple times A SECOND. The phone is virtually unusable and I have to factory reset every time. This was never an issue with Nougat, but there's something with Oreo that triggers this repeated error. I've not disabled anything related to the Second Screen on your list, so one of those other ones must be connected, at least on Oreo.
Of course, disabling the Second Screen from options doesn't work, and stopping the service via the Dev menu just has it come up again right away.
I did notice something, though: When the screen is off, the second screen shows the time on the right, but not the notifications like it usually does, so it must be whichever of these packages is in charge of displaying the notifications on the second screen. Any ideas?
EDIT: Okay, I figured it out! If you have the Oreo update and you have the Sprint variant (LS997), DO NOT DISABLE com.lge.sizechangable.weather. For whatever reason, it causes the second screen to go into a crash loop. I'll let you guys know if anything else causes fatal errors; I'll be the Oreo guinea pig. :3
Okay, so additionally, uninstalling com.lge.appbox.client gave me a weird instant crash, and a DeadObjectException. The phone did a soft reset and everything seemed fine? Then I just had to run the uninstall command again and it was fine. Also, during another factory reset, I uninstalled this service and there was no issue.
Another time, I was uninstalling in batches. I uninstalled everything between com.lge.bnr.launcher to com.lge.lifetracker (backwards order) and at lifetracker I got the "Second Screen" crash loop. I was unable to replicate the next time I tried, so I'm unsure what caused it that time.
So I guess it's just finicky when you go uninstalling tons of stuff it doesn't want to to uninstall. But the bottom line is, definitely don't uninstall com.lge.sizechangeable.weather, as it will surely result in a crash loop related to the Second Screen.

For those still attached to their LG V20, here is what I figured out recently with regard to the LG weather widget:
The following refers to ADB shell commands (no root needed).
Not only "com.lge.sizechangable.weather", but also "com.lge.sizechangable.weather.platform" should not be uninstalled via `pm uninstall -k --user 0 …`: either of those actions leads to a 2'nd screen crash-loop (at least, on my LG V20).
On the other hand, both of them can be disabled safely via `pm disable-user --user 0 …`, that is:
pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.lge.sizechangable.weather.theme.optimus
[this is harmless with "uninstall -k" too]
pm disable-user --user 0 com.lge.sizechangable.weather
pm disable-user --user 0 com.lge.sizechangable.weather.platform
Those processes seem to behave quite aggressively and the above seems to save noticeably both on the energy consumption and on the memory usage.

To turn off notifications on the lockscreen currently I have to:
go to settings > security & location > lockscreen preferences > choose 'don't show notifications at all' from the 'on the lockscreen' dropdown
I would like to be able to switch between notifications on and off on the lockscreen with a toggle or preferably a quicktile. Is this possible? Does it already exist in one of the many quicktile apps?

Android Pie - you can manually enable Dark Mode on your device.
Go to Settings on your phone.
Tap on Display > Advanced > Device Theme
Tap on Dark.
Youtube:
Open YouTube app on your phone.
Tap on profile icon > Settings > General
Tap on the toggle to enable Dark Theme
Exit the settings.
Phone, Messages and other Google apps has settings for Dark Mode, too.
