on what? The G950U/U1? Those are not happening. On the Oreo beta? No idea, I have a Snapdragon phone.

I'm confused, how do we sign up (Just to be ready) and a unlocked U.S phone would qualify am I correct?

Bought my phone from the U.S but in India currently, updating the Samsung+ app tells me that it isn't available for my country :/

Hi All,
Last night i checked update from Version 8.6.14 and we have the update 8.6.18.
So now you can check and update via OTA.
It look smooth and stable, still have a lot of chinese apps but you can delete.
Any one have bugs in this version ? until now i see it ok
Ps: Camera still have lags a little bit.
This is China version, sorry if i made some body confused.

I'm stay in Vietnam, i cannot find the region in this version.

There are 2 versions of 8.6.14, China and Global. The one without global in the name isn't global. Also, global version doesn't have ANY chinese apps, so I'm pretty sure you are using China version.

Is it okay for me to flash it when I have a different CSC? I assume I can flash the Pie firmware later if it comes out for my CSC if I do anyway.
With this firmware it's possible to downgrade back to 8.0 with latest 8.0 firmware (not sure if reset is needed though).

Yes you can flash because it is Multi CSC.
I have not tried downgrading yet mybe someone will confirm who hates PIE

lol @ sammobile trying to scam people out of 8.50€ for official firmware updates by limiting download speed to 15kb/s

I installed beta 4 on my phone literally last night. Right now it's SB9, DSB9. Can I update to this and receive official updates directly on phone from Samsung India?

DBT is Germany, Unlocked.
You will be on the Germany update train if you flash it.

Can I install update zip if I am already on beta 4 without problems?

No you cannot. Update will only be possible from the latest Oreo firmware (DBT).

They release new updates every 8 days. Beta 3 was on 7th feb then beta 4 on 15 feb. So final update around 23rd feb

Have to be eligible and have to download and sign into the Samsung Members (or Samsung+) app from the Google Play Store and it will notify you if you're eligible. I haven't got mine yet.

I'm Samsung unlocked SM-G970U. I'm hesitant at installing, people are claiming Media Scanner messes up things. I'll probably take all my pic/vids off phone and then update to beta.
