Question Compatibility info and custom rom - Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro

Hello! I have poco x3 pro 6gb 128gb 12.5.3.0 RJUEUXM TWRP and rooted with magisk (also I have modified kernel settings with smartpack following a guide in this forum) and I wanted to flash a custom rom but I am really scared about breaking the phone, what custom rom can I flash? also whitch one is the best? I usually do normal usage like gaming/youtube/facebook/some photo, i see alot of stutter with miui mostly in google discovery, so im looking for a butter smooth experience and high battery duration! many thanks

I love AICP 16 with a lot of setting opportunities and weekly updates... i love it since discovered it (AICP11 for ZTE Axon 7)

Flash latest Fakenexus rom. It gives you 100% pixel look and functionality. Get latest build from recent posts and flash HTC camera for 100% working video recording. Performance is top-notch
I use Dirty Unicorns rom daily. It is very fluid, bug-free and has a ton of customization options..
For fakenexus gapps are integrated
after testing several roms i stuck to AospExtended ROM V3.3 with HTC Sense 7 as Homescreen for Daily use .. workin' like new without any problems (so far)

Should I wait Android 8 to root my S7?

Hello everyone my name is Ali and I am new to XDA. Hope this forum will help me to increase my Android knowledge.
My question is simple. Should I wait Android 8 to root my S7 or should I root my S7 now? Thanks in advance.
Hi. I am also new. In my opinion, rooting now or rooting later will depend on what you want to achieve. I rooted very recently coz I want to gain more control to my phone and I want to try the new roms available here. If you root later, then there is a possibility that the new rom (assuming that you would like to install a custom rom) will have some bugs. So it will take a couple of updates to stabilize it.
It's really your preference but Android P is much different than 7.0/7.1. It has support for multi-screen devices as well as foldable displays. Also it will have hidden control of signal strength show controlled by the carrier. Developers will eventually get in there but if you want to enjoy root I say root now. There's loads of stable stuff for 7.0, even Xposed is operational on 7.0 and 7.1.
I'm using stock S7 rom. (exynos) But i would like to root and put Lineage OS. Because i live pure android. Is Lineage OS 14.1 stable for daily use?

Question Poco X3 Pro Custom ROM that supports Dual Apps

Hi guys, is there any custom rom that supports a dual app option just like the miui?
i installed pixel, and crDroid, but it does not support any dual apps, im playing a game Black Desert Mobile, and usually in miui, i can play dual games with different accounts, now i must install parallel apps just to have a dual game, but sometimes the dual apps doesn't run the 2nd app which is in parallel.
thanks

i tried elite rom.
here's what i did.
flash the miui stock rom 12.0.6.0 first
then flash elite rom
have the 4 red errors, i read at the thread for elite that some users even if there is a red error, it works fine, then
when i click the reboot system, twrp displays that there is no OS installed. so i aborted the reboot system.
is this correct?
yep elite rom has dual apps. good rom. thanks for sharing guys

Help me decide

I'm currently using the Indonesian ROM MIUI v12.5.1, I locked the bootloader, and I recently saw a YouTube video of someone using Elite Rom for customization and stuff (I tried it on Indonesia rom and it soft bricked the phone)
So in what way is Elite Rom better and should I make the switch or stay with Indonesia rom?
Some info about me :
• I play PUBGM.
• I want Xiaomi dialer and sms apps.
• I don't care about getting updates early, I'll manually update when I want.
• I enjoy the extra free ram (3.5 GB/6GB compared to 2.8GB/6GB on xiaomi.eu rom)
• Battery life is important to me, at least 6 or 7 SoT.

Should I update oxygen os to the latest version , leave it or install a custom rom for best performance and less bugs ?

I’ve heard that there are some problems and bugs with oneplus recently like the storage filling up issue , does flashing a custom rom will eliminate those issues and bugs or should I stick to oxygen os and should I even update it to the latest version each time ? is updating gonna make things worse ? which version is best OOS12 , 11 ,10 … which option is best for performance in games , stability and less bugs ? I’m planning on buying oneplus 8t or poco f3 , is MIUI worse than oxygen os in terms of bugs and performance ( I don’t care about the look or bloatware or ads ) ? Any help is greatly appreciated , Thank you !
