Download & Guide:
1. Unlock your bootloader.
2. Download the TWRP for Snapdragon Devices.
3. Reboot to download mode and flash vbmeta_disabled.tar in AP slot and reboot. Device will reboot to stock recovery mode prompting you to wipe data so wipe data and reboot to download mode again.
4. Put the TWRP tar for your device with Odin in the AP slot and click start.
5. Reboot to recovery via recovery key combo.
6. Disable encryption:
- Flash multidisabler-samsung-3.x.zip.
Or:
- Go to Advanced > Terminal, type: multidisabler.
If vendor complain about free space left on device, will attempt to resize vendor. and it ask to - Run multidisabler again!.
- Type: multidisabler again. will see - Finished. when done.
7. Go back to Wipe > Format Data > type yes.
8. Reboot to recovery.
9. Flash magisk apk in twrp.
10. Reboot to system, Enjoy.

See dude, its a newer version, it flashes system img directly, working with A12 installed. There are some changes, I dont see it to a be copy at all

The changes already from my repos, Im just waiting to finish it to release the new twrp.
I don't have any problems with someone improving current twrp but I dont see him fixed anything.

Yeah, tried the American mirror which was not infected. Online scan also didn't turn up anything. So probably not the fault of the uploader. Attached you can find two pics of the scans. Hope you don't mind, that they are in German.

I cannot confirm this.
Both files have the same hash.
I also extracted both files and ran them through Virustotal - no Virus detected.

Should work with any Snapdragon version with an unlockable bootloader, therefore any non US Fe version.

Okay I just tried to install twrp. So the installation went well but the concern is that it does not recognize my sd card and therefore cannot access the multidisabler and magik files to continue ....
I also tested by putting everything on a usb key and the same problem .....

You can push them through adb to any place like root / or /data
Also you can use external sd!
Try to copy files to sdcard while you booted to system!
USB OTG will be fixed next build.

Your idea to connect the pc to the phone to seem to work. Twrp recognized the twrp file on my disk and I introduced the 2 files. And there it worked .... Thank you very much for the idea.
Silly question but can I still install OTA updates if I unlock bootloader/flash custom recovery or root the phone? And will stock recovery flash every time I install OTA update?

Not flashing TWRP, but you need to wipe data if you want to disable encryption.
What about AVB? Guides said to disable that for Magisk as well, but most of us have managed to flash Magisk with Odin just fine without following AVB steps. Are they still necessary?

Unlock bootloader first then check kg state in download mode its must be checking not prenormal.
And this work only on android 10. Not yet ready for android 11.
Any ETA on Android 11 for TWRP for Exynos? I'm thinking of upgrading to 11 only when there's TWRP for it.

You have flashed copy-partitions before? Or if you flashed TWRP on both slots? if not, try fastboot flash recovery_a twrp.img / fastboot flash recovery_b twrp.img and go to recovery on your phone.
If your error persists, save recovery.log and attach on the comment.

installed it on my phone, rom works. banking apps do not. cannot put magisk on phone as this OS destroyed my TWRP recovery. re flashed TWRP, now it just flashes on and off and cannot boot recovery. DO NOT INSTALL THIS ROM! there is NO way to get back out of it, or install magisk to make banking apps work. NOT HAPPY!!

I'm sorry that the ROM was not to your liking. TWRP is broken on all A12 roms (Lineage by Erfan too), anyway you can root the phone with magiskboot.img. (I will attach on this reply)
The installation is very easy (via fastboot).
fastboot flash boot boot-magisk.img

oh thanks, i kept the rom. i thought recovery would be totally seperate from the OS. thanks for explaining. i cannot find the file you attached. also once i flash the img, will i have to wipe my phone?

you can flash magisk with data, you dont need wipe.
BT headphones provide a connection error and doesn't work. Checked multiple models. Other things seem to be working: even SafetyNet and Gpay.
UPD: sorry,checked "Do Not work section" - Bluetooth is already there.

Hey there! I also cannot find the attached file. I was going to flash Magisk in order to fix SafetyNet, or do you think you can get that fixed on the ROM itself in a future update?
