[ROM] CM13 for T31x

I am creating this thread as a place to discuss development for CM13 for the T31x devices. Those of you that have been around here for a while already know that I tend to get busy with other stuff and disappear a times. So, with that said, if you would like to contribute to the development of this rom, please feel free to do so. I can make you a contributor and you will have the ability to modify this OP as required.

How to install:
Install it via TWRP recovery. If you want Google services, you will also need Gapps (use arm64 version). If you install Gapps, do it before the first boot otherwise I won't work.

that was fast.
Thank you so much for your hard work
Stack on boot and return to recovery mode. I have did clean flash for install.
Yes not working for me too. Rebooting again and again and broke the modem. Now I'm not able to make calls, it shows no Sim
Tried it with pixel gapps and just like everyone, it keeps on rebooting. Haven't tried it with no gappps. Anyway, this is one step towards office lineage support so i am all in for issues. I can post logs if required.
