-Also make sure that you have unlocked your bootloader
-Have a custom recovery installed on your device or use the AEX Recovery provided (Orange fox, TWRP or any other recovery like the PE recovery will work. Don't use LOS recovery)
-Boot into the recovery mode
-Clean up your data by format data/factory reset option in the recovery
ADB Sideload Method:
-Select "apply update from adb"
-Now sideload your AEX package by using command

I'm going to add that eventually, I was focusing on a DeviceSettings menu and implementing Dolby Atmos. Which look like it took.

I spent the good part of a few weeks toying around with getting my source code up to where I needed to be to implement and modify features cleanly. Right now I'm pretty happy with it, I'm to the point where I find my forked code more reliable for me when trying to compile other ROMs.
Right now we have a separate DeviceSettings Menu, an initial version of Dolby Atmos and what seems like less performance issues on my device. Hopefully the current updates on AOSPExtended get stablized a smidge more because I noticed it knocked my Certified Device status (That might just be my phone alone). Please do a Clean Install. If you have difficulty with ADB, a Fastboot alternative was provided as well.

Hello. It is still impossible for me to flash this rom always reboots on bootloader I think my phone does not like this rom "lol" because other Havoc or Derpfest or Evo x rom .... does not cause me any problems I don't understand I can't find a solution.

You tried the Fastboot package?

A few new updates. Playstore sees this as Certified now, Touch Gestures work and I haven't had an issue using the last few test packages as a OTA.

Great ROM everything work well, smooth, when on OP8T....
Do i need to be on latest firmware? because i flashed on a10 and got a bootloop into fastboot
I'm having a hard time flashing this rom I'm using a TMobile oneplus8 converted to global each time I run the batch file and the rom flashes I end up in a boot loop can someone please offer me some assistance I must be doing something wrong or is this not compatible with converted phones?

I just can guess, your phone got encrypted. You have to go back to TWRP and select Format Data, but in this way all your personal data and files will be lost.

QS tile torch not working. I did try to remove it from QS and then reboot add method/trick but it didn't help. Kindly look into it.

Thanks for reply. I tried cleaning caches in recovery but issue is still present. Idk if mine is standalone case.
Ps- 1.After reboot brightness goes automatically low. Auto brightness is off.
2. Sometimes traffic indicator disrepair rapidly even though it's set on 0kb(always visible).
3. Digital wellbeing is missing?

->Google killed Substratum support in Pie. You can use it, however, you need to be rooted. We don't support rootless Substratum.

Here some screenshots, i don't know about Android Auto (i don't have car xd), in my experience battery experience is same as on all roms with Vantom Kernel included (LTE: 4h~7h, Wi-Fi: 6h~10h).

Hi, I can agree that first version which I released on terms of FOD wasn't good but, the new version have better FOD experience (if you still have some not accurate FOD, set 3-5 scans of the same finger)

Pico, nano is recommended by me but, I personally use Pico, it just weighs smaller.

You just need wipe 5 and flash rom only, don't flash magic or any kernel you will get bootloop.

It is not working on 128gb variant
Other people with RMX1807 confirmed not booting with them
I tested it with gapps , without gapps ,with magisk , without magisk
Also tested it on twrp recovery and on r2x2,,I know dev will say use twrp from same develibut I confirm not working
Another rom which didn't work on my device was modded stag os rom which my he from same developer
I think he has issues in. His roms with 128 gb variant

Front camera only capturing 4mp photos

Trying the ROM since the past 2 days...Great effort...always loved AOSP.Ex roms..some issues found as of now..
1. Wifi & Cellular signals are not proper. ColorOS had signals where this rom doesn't. Hope you can fix it.
2. Front camera says only 4MP.
3. Gesture Navbar a bit unstable (personal opinion)
Other than these.. a perfect daily driver. :good: thanks
Edit : Bluetooth earphones don't work with the rom..crashed all the apps that uses audio..had to restart
After updated to latest build (27Apr) still front camera only capturing 4MP Photos.

After 27th April Update, the BT device issues have been solved.

Buggy status bar
Traffic indicator is not showing on the status bar and wifi logo is replaced with just a dot. Otherwise no bug is there as of now. Great work! Cheers!!!:good:

I like the rom for its overall performance. The battery life is good. I haven't found a bug in it till now. In my previous rom, my phone used to freeze randomly and I had to force start it. Here no such thing has happened so far. In some other roms, if any app uses assessability, the back button long press to kill app did not work. Here also it doesn't work.

Random reboot issue is absent in this rom. Dash charging is working. I don't know about smart charging. But the rom is very smooth. Button customization is inbuilt.

The most stable ROM so far 2 thumbs up! Smart charging doesn't work though. I whish to be fixed in next update.
Do you guys have any issue with permission changing of apps? I can't change any of them, they grayed out.

Sorry ,for some reason its not working in this build as well, will push a smart charge fix buid if am able to fix it .
Brother, this is a very good rom, actually one of the best. I use this frequently. But only one thing I miss here. Button customisation is not there in this rom. I like to customise my buttons always. Will it be included in future?

Not even a bootloop. For a short time the charge symbol will be seen if connected to power. then all there is is a black screen. Only Power/Vol down will make it boot again - getting into TWRP in that mode is hard, if not impossible. The most reliable way to get into TWRP again is to boot into download mode (Power+Vol up+Vol down) and boot it from there.
I believe I do not even see a Splash screen.

Guys, I want to start flash this rom on my device, I never touched anything on that so is full stock, is there a guide to backup and install the recovery, ROM, etc?
I tried to flash the ROM but it said that it cant flash over newer build. What can i do?
Getting black screen. It boots with vol down+ power or vol up + vol down + power but it always ends up on the black screen. How can I fix this?
EDIT: entered recovery by holding vol down+power and switching to vol up while holding power

Hi @EurekaTeam, I'm having the same issue since I had to re-flash stock ROM with a 2021-10-18 version.
Could you provide a newer version of your ROM ?

I just tried AospExtended-v9.0-a40-UNOFFICIAL-20220116-2120.zip and got the same result as before: Black Screen Of Death!!!
I actually got it working by following the normal installation instructions (had TWRP 3.6, formatted, flashed the rom, GApps and then wiped dalvik/cache).

It doesn't work with the included camera apps. It works if you install 'Open Camera' from the Google Play app store though.

I don't know if the developer has recognised the issue. However, I have the same issue - Bluetooth works for music but it doesn't seem to work for phone calls via any mobile app.

this doesn't happen on the official builds from Samsung. It's a weird issue - sometimes there is a circle on the colour screen that flickers for no reason.
