What did the reseller offer
The seller never reply to me question...i try to find the good firmware for my head unit...
after many hours of searching in forum, i have find nothing to help me....i try to send message to my seller, and no reply
what can i do now ?

What firmware was flashed to cause issue?
You have a FYT unit. You need to figure out from your screenshots/version, which manufacturer and therefore MCU and System files to flash. If unable to do that, your reseller, MEKEDE or NAVIFLY will need to provide your restore files, including MCU.

i really think i have this headunit....but it's not...
in my screeshot i see sprd ums512_1h10_natv
but i really don't know what to do next, but i see in my usb key i have folder restore create when i flash my headunit, with this inside, but i dont know if i can use this to revert

According to these images, which appear to have been taken while drinking, the device is;
- FYT
- MCU is YIN (53)
Therefore device is likely sold by Navifly/Mekede. The screen shot first posted backs that up too, M300.
If the reseller won't assist, try 4pda for firmware.
Take your time to read, the information is there and the files found on 4pda.

thanks for your reply. i will explain my problem in order u to understand. i got this android unit SPRD Ums512_1h10_natv for my chevrolet captiva. the only problem is that i cant control my Air conditioning because the canbus doesnt find "captiva" , only chevrolet, in the settings. u think this firmware will do the job? i attach photos . Help pls. Thanks

Fortunately I do not need Canbus for my car to work so I am not sure. You can try software update or try to choose different canbus settings. You can fnd more here for your car. I know it is not a Teyes unit, but it might help.
can u find settings/update for daojun/dogen canbus ? i will much apreciate it. in the list u sent me daojun is not there

thank to one of you guys I found out a possible way to root the lgl flex lgl23 the japanese version.
This is a link to the download, I have downloaded the software but I dont see ny instruction and the page looks is in Thai.
I cant really post a link I can just write the file name if someone older could post the link please once you find it in google.

Hi,
No, it is an mx (seen it on my own car head unit info instead of my old mx2 mcu one) but you (guys) can flash it onto mx2 headunit too.
maybe is it your used sd card faulty? format fat32 and flash it from recovery of course select sd card.

my car headunit came with an old mx2 mcu version 2.xx and I got this newer mx version 3.00 from the seller himself.

The carlink app for FYT is universal. You could simply take it from another new firmware.
