i need to unlock bootloader for my xperia acro s, but fastboot mode not working. in fastboot mode lightning blue light and just phone restart. please help me with this issue if you can.

It is possible to backup locked bootloader (TA Partition) on Xperia L.

but sony erricson xperia models are not supported.
and
I think our devices are erricson models.(atleast miro and tipo)
(because our devices have erricson logo at backside)
So my question is,

No you can't. As Sony has already ended software updates for our Xperia C.
Xperia C will remain on Android 4.2. So you can't upgrade it to 4.3.

Android 4.2.2 is the final update available for Xperia C. But you and install Android 5.0.1 Lollipop themed ROM for Xperia C from HERE
