yes, because the xiaomi eu roms are passing safetynet without any changes, and widevine l1 supported.

Yes, you will need to unlock the bootloader if your in China ROM. Check underlines' guide on the guides subforun.

Depends on phone. If you have Global version, then probably yes, if you have china version (Mi CC9) then yes but you have to unlock bootloader first.

AFAIK there is no ARB enabled in Poco, you can go to older roms as you wish

I just flashed it with twrp from MIUI 11 and everything works great, no brick and no app crashes

One is full rom another is ota (small size). You shouldn't flash both.

The ARB level of POCOPHONE F1 was increased from 0 to 1 with MIUI 11. I wrote that because ARB could be further upgraded and activated with this ROM.
