So, I want to activate the reading mode that the MIUI has using Tasker, but I can't find anywhere how to do that.
Can someone help with this?
Obs.: My phone is not rooted.
Thanks!

Hi,
Sorry for create new topic but i can't post in Slimkat thread in development forum (this is my first post).
On Slimkat rom and Miui rom i can't manual search network. It always return error/failed. Automatic finding network works normaly.
On other roms it works good.
Now i use slimkat rom and it looks very good but without manual finding network is usless for me.
Maybe anyone have similar problem and find the solution or maybe developer of this rom can fix it?
Please help
Thanks
Hello team XDA, I currently using android 4.4.4. I have a problem with tied notification and ringtones volume setting.
I found that in custom ROM or using xposed, I can split noticaiton and ringtones volume setting. but I want to learn how to add that mod manually (maybe by modding system.ui or framework.res) to separate/unlink notification and ringtones volume setting. but so far my googling and searching hasn't give me the answer. maybe my keyword is wrong. perhaps your team can help me to the right path.
Thank you very much for your attention, time and future help.
Hi,
We need your device details to point you in the right direction for help.
Usually it's not an option in stock roms, so you may need to create a mod yourself, or use a close to stock Rom that has the option already.

ah, yes so sorry. I forgot to mention it. currently I'm using LG Google Nexus 4, running on android kitkat 4.4.4.
Yes I've been using some custom rom, but stock rooted rom suits me more. well hopefully I can mod it myself manually without 3rd party apps.
thanks
I see you know where your device section is then.
Good luck, and thread closed.
Firstly, I did search the forum for this mod, i thought I woud easily find but, failed when digging even deeper into the search.
I was wondering if its possible to add/extend the "ScreenOff Gestures" on the OPO like those bundled with the CM11S.
Am currently using the CM11s - 44S on my OPO, rooted and w/ latest TWRP Recovery.
If any developers going through this post by any chance, I would like to let you know, Am game with testing if needed.
Thanks in advance.

I am into generating my own apps for this purpose but I need more info, as this is a kernel feature so OPO should work.
The question is what is different at coding time. if you know something let me know ill develope it as soon as possible.
I want this app/mod too
OK so this is my very first post because I can usually find the answers I'm looking for searching these forums but I'm stumped on the memory editor issue with lollipop... I just rooted my shield tablet and was trying to use game killer 3.11 and every time I do a search on a game it comes up with 0. Anyone else have this problem? Can I just flash back to KitKat? Do I even have to do that?
Ditto
So is it possible to go back to KitKat after having lollipop already? I could just flash one of the ROMs from the devs on this site huh? Like I said before I'm kinda new to this. I've unlocked boot loaders and rooted phones and tablets but I've never actually flashed a ROM before...
