Question Fastboot won't turn on

Hi my phone won't boot into fastboot, i pinch vol- and power button he going to recovery. I tried to go through adb, it reboots, shows a Chinese inscription and boots into the system.
The phone itself was ordered from China with an unlocked bootloader.

Yes, I checked on the official website, the phone is genuine

Igual, no pude entrar al modo fastboot, y cuando lo force con una PC en cmd, salieron letras chinas y se inició.
A si debería salir y después fastboot, pero nada y si es original el Celular.
