Features missing?

I just bought a Xiaomi mi note 10 pro which seems to differ from the ones reviewed on you tube as mi10 pro.
It has no 8 k and the screen refresh speed is not selectable and it only has speaker at one end.
Are the first two a software issue that can be fixed? It’s on MIUI GLOBAL 11.1.2 and Android 10 qkq1.190825.002?

You bought mi note 10 pro (device code tucana) which is a completely different device from mi 10 pro (device code cmi)

Well that explains that, I did not spot the difference in name and thought it was the full mi10 pro.
Not much I can do now it opened and used already.

I'd say Poco M2 Pro because :
•Value for money ratio is the best out of the 3
•It's the most recent
Specs aren't much different with the Note 9Pro for a 100$ price difference. ( https://m.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=10318&idPhone2=10217 )

Redmi note 7 PRO in 2020

Should I buy Redmi note 7 pro in 2020 over POCO M2 PRO, Redmi note 7, Redmi note 8 ???
I am not a gammer only day to day tasks.
Redmi note 8 and POCO M2 PRO both have camera dust issue.
And
Redmi note 7 is quite old.
I don't like realme, samsung and other brands.
Should I wait for Redmi Note 10?
Can you tell me your Review on RN7P and please suggest any one of the phone above.....

Pop-up notification with earbuds

Hello there!
While browsing aliexpress, I saw that some xiaomi earbuds like the 'airdots pro, air 2 se, etc.) all provide a pop-up notification with compatible MIUI phones (similar to airpods experience with iphones).
2 questions
1)Do you guys know if this will work on the global version F2 Pro?
2) Xiaomi naming is so confusing, can anyone here recommend the best ones to me ?

I am using weekly xiaomi.eu rom and recently bought Xiaomi Air2 SE TWS Mi True Wireless Bluetooth Earphone 2 Basic Air 2 SE Earbuds Touch Control 20H Battery with Box which will arrive to me within 60 days. I hope that pop-up notification will work well.

I'm using Redmi note 9 pro EU rom and I've recently bought Mi Air 2 SE TWS and pop-up notification don't work...
On Mi global site says:

Hi guys,
I have a phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 with MIUI Global 12.5.3 | Stable).
Recently I bought Xiaomi Earphone 2 Pro (TWSEJ10WM).
Pop-up not working, also Xiao AI not recognize my earphone.
Any suggestion?

General Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G ( GLOBAL) NOT the same as the POCO X4 pro

I have not been here at the XDA forum for a long time and just wanted to mention that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G ( GLOBAL) is not the same as the POCO X4 pro 5g.
Different processors ( Redmi Note 11 pro+ got the mediatek 920 ). Even the sizes are different.

The main reasons that I went for the Redmi instead of the Poco is the support for WiFi 6 and the 120w fast charging.
And so far so good.
