I am unable to enter fastboot mode. I have tried all the adb commands and holding the buttons but it just reboots like normal. I have Allow OEM Unlock activated in Developer Options why won't it work?
I cant enter to fastboot, this is the photo. All the time is booting with this message. Some idea to fix it??

the windows device manager i installed google android bootloader interface because i cannot install the oneplus specific driver it exits with error message
I cannot go to recovery mode from fastboot nor change any setting like enable oem un-lock or usb debbuging option
Any chance to unlock and flash the with new image

@Tab E mercy but i can^t exit out of the fastbood mode to chagne the settings i`m locked inside this bootloader mode and cant do anything else but try with fastboot oem unlock...

@jwoegerbauer the commands work the oneplus is rebooting into the fastbood mode again i need to exit the fastbood mode because maybe the os deleted and can only use fastboot mode to flash it or else i dont know how to exit the fastboot.
I don`t know if developer mode is on or if oem lock is unlocked but since i cannot go back into the oss of the system what can i do to recover the device completely
i`m stuck in this fastboot mode and no commaand is helping to get out of it what is the solution_maybe to take out the battery it is really hard have you had the same issues?
Whether phone should run in ADB mode or Fastboot mode or Recovery mode or ADB Sideload mode is set via a kernel flag read by bootloader when phone boots up. Pulling out phone's battery doesn't change this flag.
Typically to boot Android in NORMAL mode you run

I was messing around with key combinations, and I found that in the default android recovery on this phone, you can enter a Fastboot mode, and ignore the download mode that samsung phones traditionally use. I can't seem to get it to communicate with my computer, and I was wondering if it would be of any use to unlocking the bootloader on this device.
Fastboot mode is a way to unlock the bootloader.
Download mode and fastboot would be the same thing
fastboot oem unlock does this same thing
It would be nice for a picture though.
I tried every way possible to enter fastboot mode but I can see only a brief moment of Chinese words then my phone reboot with no sight of fastboot mode

To root a phone's Android Fastboot isn't needed at all: Fastboot deals with phone's bootloader.
