Locking bootloader issue. - Xperia Z5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
I installed the stock 7.1.1 32.4.A.1.54 ROM on my Z5 and want to close the bootloader.
There is no error present in logs when relock is done except one thing that is bothering me: "Writing TA unit 000008B2. Value :" Value is empty:

When it is relocked via Flashtool then it cannot turn only, it only vibrates without any response from the screen.
If I try to turn on with "Volume -" + Power button than screen turned on and after couple of second phone turned off.
After additional unlocking traces contain warning "ERR_SEVERITY="MINOR";ERR_CODE="0025";ERR_DYNAMIC="00000000"; " at the same time bootloader can be successfully unlocked and phone operates as normal:

At the same time Service Menu said that "Bootloader unlock allowed: Yes", although before first attempt to close bootloader it said that Bootloader was unlocked.
I tried different versions of Flashtool 0.9.18.6 , 0.9.22.3 , 0.9.25.0, 0.9.33.0 and result is identical for all of them.
Is the anything I can check and do?

On custom ROM I had root access but I flash stock ROM and do not update kernel.

I was wearing normally and another day to use just stopped to open and nothing opens, or using other camera app, I use a lot, it's practically part of the work I do, would try to reinstall the rom but my USB no longer opens on the PC what prevents me from using FlashTool, only loads the USB battery

Few things come in my mind (regarding the FlashTool thing):
1. Make sure USB Debugging mode is not enabled. (Check Settings > Developers Options > USB debugging is checked under DEBUGGING)
2. Make sure Unknown sources is checked. (Check Settings > Security > Unknown sources is checked under DEVICE ADMINISTRATION)
And, just maybe check adb devices. (Open cmd in ...\sdk\platform-tools then type adb devices. The list must have a device name and besides it "device" written.)

Open device manager and see if the driver is installed for the phone or if there is a question mark thing on it.
I think it can be the driver problem.
has nothing driver in device manager, now I'm confused that I never had to install some sort of drive to E3, I'm using windows 10 Pro RTM 10525
meeting where this driver if necessary?

Windows 10 is not something I'm familiar with. So, Google stuff about device manager for your windows version.

after several attempts, I installed the driver we have in the tool flash folder, rather than just the fastboot and flashmode, reinstalled all !!! and detected the device only to flash mode and fast boot, but now USB debugging simply clears alone to turn off the device and eventually gets up the error in flash tool:
For flashtool, Unknown Sources and Debugging must be checked in phone settings.

What was your phone's build number?
Looks to me like you're flashing the wrong ROM.

Your phone does not have the Brazil Release Number, It can't be.
18.4.B.1.20 is either Commercial and Journalist, Promoter, or StoreFront release.
i will try flash this type of roms....

i cant downgrade to kitkat

I want to downgrade from 23.4.A.1.232 to 23.0.F.1.74 in d6633.i flash the ftf file but it goes in error.and i attached the log file from flashtool.pls help somebody i want to root my device.

Can't flash stock ROM

I tried installing stock based ROMs and flashing stock afterwards - that didn't help. I'm running OMNI rom right now.

Can I fix that? Should I try installing a different FTF?
Same problem here. Did this problem arise after flashing any custom ROM.
In my case, this problem raised after flashing CM 12.1. Before that it was perfectly alright.
Just flash a Android 4.2.2 based rom, then you can flash stock rom without problems

Hey since a long time i flashed my phone.
i don't get any signal, what can i do ?
how i can repair it ?
i tried a factory reset..
i think i deleted the modem's

choose stock z5 fw 1.54 in flashtool0.9.23.2 and select everything in misc ta and exclude column except options:AMSS_FSG ,AMSS_FS_1, AMSS_FS_2 and MODEM in the exclude column and then started flash.

you are wrong flash.
just flash AMSS_FSG ,AMSS_FS_1, AMSS_FS_2 and MODEM . other options dont select

Look picture Try again but Remove the .ta file.
If problem continue you must use xperia companion with firmware fix. If problem contunie you have hardware problems.

You has hardware problem. Change antenna propably
Use Son'y official flashtool, Emma. Works every time.
Similar issue
I have a similar problem. Flashed phone and it lost signal. I Tried the recipe with flashing again, but not modem and 3x AMSS. It worked and phone got singal to its network. But after a short while a pop-up asked me to restart phone so that it can optimize for network supplier. After restart, no network. and back to status quo. (SX z5 compact).
I originally flashed it to Norwegian. (Telenor) despite not having that network supplier. Is it worth a try to flash it again with other settings or better to use another image? (Central Europe CE1?)
