Well how did you uninstall that app? Just clicked uninstall accidentally?
The walkie-talkie APP will function correctly on the LTE and BLUETOOTH variant.
I am seeing a lot of errors, "your device is not supported". This is because you're using a non "wear OS" device trying to install the application.
In order to find the application, you need to use your WATCH and navigate to the playstore on there.
Yes, you can find the application on a mobile or desktop; however, the Google Apps store preloaded on your device is the route that should be taken to install the walkie talkie samsung application on your galaxy watch 4 models.
***ON YOUR WATCH****
Go to your applications
Click on play store
Click magnifying glass at top (search)
Type walkie
You will see it populate in the results available for download. Enjoy.
P.s. I made the same mistake as well, and had to figure it out on my own. Enjoy
I cannot get the Walkie Talkie app to run on my Watch 4 BT.
I installed it via the Play Store on the device, but when I open it I just get the message "Insert a SIM into your phone to use walkie-talkie"
My phone is a Pixel 3 and it has a Sim card in it.
I also cannot get it to run on my bluetooth model. "Can't start/open walkie talkie. Please try again later"
I also found a forum post on the samsung forum with the same issue as mine:
Galaxy watch 4 walkie talkie app not working
States I need to install sim in my phone. My partners works fine. My watch is the Bluetooth Version. I really have no idea why its not working. Any ideas ?

doesn't seem to be any known fix

Using the walkie talkie app on a Galaxy Watch 4 Bluetooth without any problems. Use the app as soon as I bought the Smartwatch. Just search for the app in Google Play on the Smartwatch, install it and that's it. On the Smartphone I did nothing, I have a Xiaomi Redmi 9.

After installing the official Gear Manager for Ios (Iphone), I had to resett my Gear.
Of course all previous apps were deleted. One was HERE WeGo.
After reinstaling all apps I could not find the app HERE WeGo any longer.
Is it out of the store or only as a paid version?

I have the same problem with many apps , i think there is 2 possibility first it's maybe because of iPhone version of gear app and the second one it is maybe depend on region of your watch
but before ios paring, do you paired your watch with Samsung or android device ?
Same issue.

Same exact issue here. Did a reset on the Gear s3 in order to switch from Beta to the officially supported iOS app. After that Here WeGo was gone and not available on the app store any longer.
If I find any solution/answer I will post it here.
Thanks for your post!

If you try to install most apps on android, they will show up in your iOS device under "My Apps"->"All" and you can install them from there. However, it doesn't work with all apps. And some that install (including navigator) won't work, because they need a companion app on the phone.
I like Here Wego but although I can get the US version off Play, I can only get the European version from Gear.

Yes you need Samsung phone to be able to download it. What worked for me was to pair with a Samsung phone download Here Wego take backup of watch and pair up again with my Nexus 6p and do a restore. Now you can find Here Wego from my apps in the app store.
Hello guys.
I'm trying to install some interval timer apps to my Huawei Watch 2 but almost every app I get en error that "this app not compatible on your device." But these apps compatible all android watches. How can I fix it?
I'm using an iPhone.
Thank you!
I overcame similar issues by OTG sideloading apk using adb. There are instructions on how to use the adb proceedure all over Google.
Apk of the app u want can normally be found on apkmirror.com or similar site.

Try "Timerro - Interval Timer" on play store work with Wear and also Tizen watch.
Are you using the Play Store on the watch ? Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think anything on the Apple Store will automatically download to your watch, so you'll have to use the watch's Play Store to get your apps.

Apple store is for other platform (iOS, watchOS, iPadOS) while Galaxy Watch or Gear is using Tizen OS platform which very different. So there is no way to install apps directly from apple store.
PS: your question is like how to install iOS apps on the Android phone. Lol

Dear, my name is Miguel, I previously made a video on how to install WhatsApp natively on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 (INSTALL:
), and now I upload these 2 videos on how I made it work from Google contacts. Greetings Michael.
NOW IT WORKS !!!! You have to install the Google Contacts APP, synchronize them and open WhatsApp from the contact you want to call or send a message to.

HOW TO USE WHATSAPP: https://youtu.be/_Kpm3zL4pns
WHATSAPP GROUP CALL: https://youtu.be/iGmv3Oq61B8
Once WhatsApp is installed, you need to install the "Google Contacts" app, then do a sync.
And from the Google Contacts App you can use WhatsApp.
Unfortunately if you want to open WhatsApp directly it closes.
That is why the need to Install the Google Contacts App.

You can download the Apk from Uptodown. Or you can use an Application such as "Apk Analyzer" that transforms the Contacts App that you already have on your Smartphone, into an Apk file. This last option is safer. Then you must install the Apk on the Smartwatch.

Use different number. You can have up to one mobile device (and one PC) with one number.
This is cool, thanks for the explanations.
I am not a native spanish speaker (I speak portuguese, so very similar languages) and it was easy to understand. But I think with the videos, one can follow pretty good.
I found one problem though.
I have a 42mm and a 46mm smartwatch.
On the 42mm you cannot get past the part where you type in your name, because the button is "hidden" (the screen is too small) and you can't scroll down. On the 46mm I can see the very top of the button, thus I can click and get past.
And would be nice to have the same number on phone and watch, but anyway, that's whatsapp "fault" that does not allow more than 1 mobile.

Good morning, in that case you have to clone WhatsApp. For that you need to Root the Smartphone and the smartwatch. Install titanium backup pro apk, and do some very complicated procedures. But the easiest thing is to install the Informer app, which gives you the possibility of receiving WhatsApp notifications from the Smartphone to the smartwatch, and listening to audios, viewing photos, etc., and also responding with audio, etc. best regards Miguel

If you're right, I missed that step, you can download it from here: https://google-contacts.uptodown.com/android (I have to install it with Bujaeger, just like the WhatsApp Apk), or you can use the app "Apk Analizer" and export the Apk Google Contacts from your Smartphone, but it is more complicated. Use the Uptodown Apk which I think is a secure page. Best regards Miguel

The theme that before when you installed an app on your Smartphone, it was installed with all the libraries. The libraries are to be able to use the app in any Operating System. For example wear uses the armeabi-v7a library, new smartphones use arm64, etc. But as of November 2021, Google eliminated the libraries that your Smartphone did not use and only leaves the arm64 library, so that 90% of your Smartphone apps, you will not be able to use them on the smartwatch. I was lucky enough to extract the Apk from Google Home before November with all the libraries from my Smartphone, but now, I had to resort to the Uptodown page. On this page you can download the Apk, which comes with all the available libraries. https://chromecast.uptodown.com/android Saludos cordiales Miguel

Yes, I was able to activate it, you have to go to the menu on the left, NFC appears and only then shrink the screen. In the afternoon I upload video
if i am not mistaken, once you will verify your phone number on the samsung watch 4, whatsapp will disconnect from your native phone and will no longer work on your actual phone, isn't that correct? because whatsapp does not allow 2 phones connected to a number.
So basically that means that using WhatsApp simultaneously with the Watch and your Native Phone will not work... you will have to verify with SMS everytime you switch device

Now suppose you have the LTE Smartwatch ... It would be very useful to have the native WhatsApp on your smartwatch and not depend on the Smartphone .... To see the "Next" button you must shrink the screen with the wm density 150 command. And then restore the screen with "wm density reset". Your smartwatch should be 42mm, and mine is 44mm. The idea is to bring native WhatsApp on a Samsung galaxy watch 4 LTE with e-sim

Everything you just said is why it wont work
Recently there was a change in Samsung Health that ruined the bypasses (spoofing a different device, which worked for eons) i and others used to get it working previously
Currently there is no fix
The patched Samsung Health (not to be confused with the Samsung Health Monitor MOD that @Dante63 gifted us) that you may find on the Internet will sync to phone but has never synced to Samsung cloud/backup, all data will remain local
There are attempts being made to find a new workaround (its sad that Samsung seems to think they can dictate how you use your devices. Its part of the reason i loathe them) but its extremely slow going on my attempts (down to me and lack of time) and theres no ETA
I currently use Google Fit, which is at least some sort of plan b....yes i like the Samsung Health app, but when they restrict its usage, well that hurts not only us, but them, as i wont recommend Samsung Watches to anyone i know while this nonsense continues....my next watch will perhaps be a Pixel, and if Google make a decent Pixel phone again, ill be back to that too (last good one was the 2XL)
If the data of the watch cannot be synchronized with the mobile phone, you can try to install Samsung Health of version 6.21.2.007. It has been found that many people have this problem

Even with an old version it doesn't work for me. I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note S9.
My smartphone is not rooted

Yup, i pointed this out earlier....not even the old versions work anymore, even unrooted....
Edit, it doesn't work anymore. Less than 24 hours.
I was able to make it work. On the Smartphone I have the latest version 6.22.2.007. On the Smartwatch I had to uninstall the Samsung Health app, so what really happens is that the app reverts to a previous version, the Smartwatch version is 6.22.1. Everything works fine since 16 hours and counting.
I do not allow the app to be automatically updated on the Smartwatch.

While thats fine for now, you will be force upgraded at some point via firmware....we're looking for a permanent solution that doesnt require these tricks, because i had my own tricks that worked for a year, and then no more

no its broken for me and none of the tricks i used for over a year now work...
blame Samsung, they charge you an arm and a leg for their devices and then dictate how you can use them
in the age of right to repair and companies being hammered for that, its hard to see why you shouldnt have a right to do what you want with your device either....im back to hating those asshats again.....
No problem whatsoever here. Samsung Health version 6.22.2.007.
My guess is that Google Play-services and Google Play Systemupdate of the phone play an important role in comms between apps and services. I actively keep Google Play-services and Google Play Store up to date, making use of available APKs in APK Mirror if necessary.
My current versions on S21U:
Google Play-Services 22.33.14
Google Play store: 32.1.10-21
Google play Systemupdate: 1 July 2022

Samsung doesn't care what version of Google Play Services/Store you run, theyre testing for Knox or root, also youre using a beta of Google Play Services, which i would never do...especially after ive seen the downsides over many years
